Roulette New street system

In the beginning I choose one dozen, say 1-12.
I do not bet all four streets there at once - only the ones that have come.
And I see if any other dozen (13-24 OR 25-36) appears in series.
RIGHT AFTER SUCH A SEQUENCE I RAISE MY BETS ON ALL RELEVANT STREETS WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
An example:

2......I place one unit on street 1-3

25....The series in the middle dozen has just ended. So now it is time for two u on street 1-3
26
2.....Although I won I don´t reduce now. The sequence with 25-36 has just ended! So now I place three u on 1-3
8...And now I add 3 u on street 7-9 to betting.
8...Hit! Time to reduce betting. Down to two u here and two u there.
2...Hit! Here is a surprice for you: I NEVER REDUCE BETTING AFTER HITTING THIS STREET
(you may choose another street instead if you want to)

I can afford to ignore street hits right there.
Eventually I get back to the lowest level and end my session after hitting another street.
In a long test series (pen and paper) I reached 11 units on each of the four streets - but the bets were succesfully reduced in accordance with these criteria.

Let us look at the probabilities (I am not a math guy, so some of you may correct me):

P that 13-24 OR 25-36 appears in a sequence in the following two spins: (24/37) X (12/37) = 0.21
According p for NOT seeing such a sequence is 1-0.21 = 0.79.

Let us assume that all four streets in dozen 1-12 have appeared.
Only three of these four streets can result in lower bets. Nine numbers. 37-9= 28.

1-(28/37)^2 = 0.4273193. This is the probability that that the nine numbers appears within two spins.
But wait a sec.! Reduction requires that we have not seen a hostile dozen series just before that.

0.4273193 X 0.79 = 0.33758.

This may explain that the bets don´t grow into the sky! GOOD LUCK
