Hi everyone I am completely new to this forum so please treat me gently lol.

I have a question for you all, I signed up to SpinGenie the other day as they were offering 50 free spins no deposit required for new members and payday was a week away so i fancied me some free action. Now I no the max withdrawal after wagering for nearly every no deposit bonus is £100 and that usually never crosses my mind as i'm generally bankrupt in 5 minutes. However luck was massively on my side that night I won £19 from my 50 free spins on gonzo after managing to hit free falls within the 50 and then proceeded over the next 2 hours to raise my balance to over £400 with roughly 300 left to wager. Obviously I was ecstatic £100 for free playing slots i love. Knowing I was guaranteed my 100 now I played twin spin knowing this would sink or skyrocket my balance as I didn't need to worry. I cashed out my hundred and then it hit me....

This max cash out on no deposit bonuses is a massive con to everyone at the casino and heres why:

    - My session will have contributed to the overall rtp of all the slots i got lucky on
    - The casino having given 50 free spins at 20p value only put up £10
    - The £234 that was taken away goes straight back to them
    - Spingenie actually made £224 extra profit from my session which they wouldn't have made if someone who had deposited would have had my luck
    - The big winner here was the casino and the major losers were all the loyal members of the casino who would have paid for my big wins of which i wasn't even entitled to

Im by no means upset with the £100 i got, yeah it would have been extra special if I would have gotten all what I won when wagering was complete but i was certainly happy. However thinking that the casino just made even more profit at the expense of their members upsets me they dont need the extra money. I had a similar situation at Quatro Casino where I won over £300 with there £20 free bonus however with them they just leave the extra in your account which makes it even more confusing as you literally cant do anything with it, if you win with it you cant withdraw it so seems really stupid.

My belief is that they should either let the player withdraw all but the value of the spins or bonus they gave you, or the money they take away should be donated to a worthy cause!

Would love to here all of your thoughts on this one..

    Thanks Zach
