Casino Non-Bonus Complaint Royale24 Problem

    Hi Guys,
    I hope that can help me someone, here's my problem:
    I registered at royale24.com and paid in small sums (100 or 200) total of 1300. Then I won over 5000 and had to withdraw 5000. My payment has been accepted and will be processed in 24 hours. I have further playmate and further paid then I get used 2000. Then I paid off in 1700. The rest playful. 400 paid back the next day and playful. Then I get an email with the following content:
    Their overall contribution over € 1300 CC - credit card was not booked. Your request has been forwarded to the Risk Department.

    But that is not in Conditions. And I was not, at any time, said that I can not pay more than 300. What can I and should I do? An e-mail asking for an explanation I sent yesterday. So far received no response.
