Another thread started by Bosox at BJTF. Is he talking about Gambling Forums? Maybe Parpaluck?

Bosox seems concerned about the legalities of a post and/or threads being copied from one site and pasted on another site. Posters did not give their consent. His issue, not mine. I'm just the messenger. The thread is posted in Maintenance at BJTF.

Norm replied, it is not legal. Thus my question of why it happens here and other sites?

Q: "Norm, does owners of websites have copyright protections?"
A: Yes, they does (!) But it is a matter different from the insane mumbo-jumbo in Norman “Bates” Wattenberger’s skull.
    • It happens that the same person posts the same material in different forums. It is not an act of copyright infringement.
    • Some posters deny they repeated the posting in various venues. Yet, they do not use real names as to claim authorship to the written material.
    • There is also the case of RSS (Rich Site Summary). It allows content to be automatically passed from website to website. Google always identifies the original site/page and grants it the link rel canonical metatag. Only the original (source) appears in the search results.
Beware, however, that what you see in The Asylum (BJTF) is not RSS. Norm’s avatar is not an RSS feed from Mahatma Gandhi’s website. Norman Wattenberger Shkiottorban simply stole the photo of a great man in order to boast. To boast — what? His cook-the-books software? Software where would-be card-counters get aberrations such as standard deviation=0.1?

I'm curious. My understanding is Ion has been since UseNet, well before the web existed.

What is the game being played a BJTF? The Refinery, 21Forme, and Bosox are the current group to defend the cult way of thinking. In the past, it's been Flash (Marc) who went under several different handles before getting banned. Are all these puppets of Norm? Just a group of losers who meet at a local coffee shop? Their posts follow each other like horses toting a wagon train.

Bosox runs around from site to site defending his little buddy KJ. No one seems to care though. They constantly make false accusations at me and others. But refuse to back it up. Ironic, the very thing Bosox is complaining about when he started this thread at BJTF, he is the original instigator of doing such. Now that it's catching up with him, he's crying foul?

    C'mon Maaan.

Q: Does Norm and Don S have freedom-of-lies rights?
    A: Yes, they does (!)

They does lie (not under oath, mind you!) I quote as precisely as copy-and-paste over da Net allows. I bolded the bodies of lies committed by the two venomous crooks.

    “Norm:
KJ actually started it there. Ion has been around since UseNet, well before the web existed. He believes in gambling fallacy. I haven't looked at the site in ages, although I hear they are again massively violating copyright by copying posts and claiming the posters are there.”

    “DSchles:
Thank you for the heads-up, but I have absolutely no intention of going there or of reading any of the posts. My attitude forever has been to totally ignore these mentally ill people. As Norm mentions, Ion has been around forever. I did the same thing for years with the Fight Club -- never read a single post by any of those mental hernias with the IQ of an earthworm.

I have learned, in my life, that if I am criticized by people whom I admire and respect, I take the words to heart, because I value the various individuals' opinions. All the others can go fuck themselves.

    Don”

    · Lie #1 – Norm sez:
“He [i.e. Ion Saliu] believes in gambling fallacy.”

Au contraire, mes amis! It is Norm (and Don S as well) who sleep in the same bed in that bedlam named gambler’s fallacy. They strongly believe that getting 200 heads in a row is equal to getting 1… heads in a row (!) You can read at least the following two materials:

Norman Wattenberger: Gambling Fallacy, Law Abuse, Pathological Lying
The Demise of Gambler's Fallacy, Reversed Gambler's Fallacy Caused by Fundamental Formula of Gambling (FFG).

    · Lie #2 – Norm sez:
“I haven't looked at the site [i.e. Gambling Forums(GF)] in ages.”

Au contraire, mes amis! Norman “Bates” Wattenberger (royalty-name Shkiottorban) dines and sleeps over here! He has a few sockets, the latest being Marc. The Marc in GF uses typical Norman Wattenberger signatures:
    • Morgenstern is a known felon Con Artist.
    • KewlJ is a character who relishes "character assassination."
You might want to read another thread on GF (abbreviation also used by the old-phart N0rm as a reference to his “girly” friend!):

Paranoia Runs Deep in ‘The Asylum’ (BJTF).

    · Lie #3 – Don S sez:
“I have absolutely no intention of going there or of reading any of the posts.”

Au contraire, mes amis! Don “Psycho” Schlesinger (royalty-name Kaufchewk) also dines and sleeps over here! One of his sockets here is jbs. The jbs in GF uses typical Don Schlesinger signatures: venomous tone and the ubiquitous moron term. I refer you again to the GF thread I mentioned above. You might also wanna read a relevant UseNet article:

New American Psycho: Don Schlesinger of Blackjack Fame.

Axiomatics, no doubt, the two old-pharts I just exposed (again!) lie like, well, old dogs!

Indeed, Norman “Bates” Wattenberger (royalty-name Shkiottorban) is the most frequent liar of the twosome. N0rm is the owner of his Asylum (BJTF – so-named by Don S). He writes a whole lot more frequently and totally freely. N0rm even removes posts by Don S, his bedfellow in that bedlam named gambler’s fallacy.

Right now (as of August 2019), Norman “Bates” Wattenberger fabricates, yet again, attacks against his pitiful cyber place. One fabrication after another! He creates the impression that he owns his… own server, plus a backup one! In fact, his pitiful domains are hosted by a German webhost and CDNed by Cloudflare (where the 8chat hate site implicated in the El Paso mass shooting was hosted).

He also gives the impression that he owns the forum software that runs his affliction place. In fact, he was a cheapskate who didn’t pay the fee to remove the logo of the real forum company: vBulletin (footer of every BJTF page). Furthermore cheapskating, Norman Wattenberger is far behind with the version of the forum software. "His" is 2.5.2, while the latest vBulletin version is 5.

Every time he “updates” the forum software, the crook and pathological liar announces an “attack” against his pitiful domains. That’s one way for him to boast. That is, them casinos attack him because he tremendously helps the “advantage players”. In truth, the crook is of great help to the casinos by encouraging severe financial losses by unassuming gamblers.

And, no doubt, a former member in The Asylum (BJTF) was absolutely right. The two crooks, exposed here as Norm and Don, must be owners of casino stock. No doubt, they does! You’ve already read the exposition in the “Paranoia Runs Deep in ‘The Asylum’ (BJTF)” thread.

I will say this to Ion Saliu. Whether people like you or don't like you. Believe you or not. One thing they can't dispute is the work you've done to present another side of the coin. IT's ironic, all I knew was BJTF. Norm is the one who actually to told me to read more. I followed his advice and this is what I found plus deragorty comments made about him all over the internet.

KJ is strange duck. Spent months degrading Norm at Zen Zone and Gambling Forums. Then he tries to sneak back on to BJTF under the name of Spiderman. Now he trash talks Zen Zone and Gambling Forums. What's up with that? It seems they were very supportive of his constant cries for help.

    Taitser/Maitser:

    It ain’t a bit about like/believe, stupid! I don’t give a toss about like/dislike or believe/disbelieve. The fundamental is:

    • TRUTH is above anything and anybody.

And that’s why I consider myself the founder of mathematical axiomaticism.

It was the year of grace 1997 (© footer on my site). I had just made public a very important mathematical relation: Fundamental Formula of Gambling (FFG).

In an unsolicited fashion, it happened that I was contacted in 1998 by someone curiously named Wizard of Odds. There was a 1970’s TV show with that name. Did them “zombies” want to “revive” the show — and ask for my participation?

NOT!! It was someone going by the real-life name of Michael Shackleford, a seemingly intelligent individual with know-how in gambling mathematics. His email to yours truly was nicely formatted and sounded US-government-like:

Wizard of Odds, Wizard of Vegas: Gambler’s Fallacy, Idiot, Mystic.

    “Hi Ion
You have a very interesting, unique, and informative page and I would be honored to include it on my hotlist. I was especially interested in your comments on Internet casinos and your assertion that the probability of winning is negatively correlated with bet size. I think it would be a very worthwhile project to write up your research in this area, it is something that numerous people want to know. This is the sort of thing that should merit grant money...”

Soon thereafter, the Lizard of Odds turned against me. I found out he was on the payroll of several casinos as a consultant. His “masters” surely put hard on him, probably in the fashion:

“Hey Wizard, you legitimize an enemy. That foreign-name guy “perpetrates” a math thing he calls Fundamental formula of Gambling (FFG). FFG is a dangerous thing for us casinos. It does make gamblers think — therefore their play is slower. We want really fast gamblers, who ain’t got time for thinkin. Secondly, them streaks can cause us casinos real damage cuz them streaks are created by maths and formulaes (!)”

Still, I, Ion Saliu, have remained alive and kicking. That brought to the “bloodbath” another crook I had never heard of: Norman Wattenberger. You know by now how his insane fury consumed:

Norman Wattenberger: Fundamental Formula of Gambling, Law Abuse, Pathological Lying.

But look how another thread of mine in Gambling Forums made them crooks come out of the closet! I said (following someone else’s supposition) that crook-majors Norm and Don must have been casino-stock owners. Remember that famous God Father– Part II statement?
    • “I do own [casino stock]. I also own stock in IBM and ITT.” (Michael Corleone).
Another crook, Don Schlesinger, entered the cruising-for-bruising game at a much later time. And it goes true for him as well: A liar is a liar is a liar! Look at those two statements from the same guy (a staunch advocate of card-counting in blackjack, a surefire winning strategy):

    1) “Subscribed to him for a very long time while on the MS trading desk. Have been gone for an equally long time, so haven't kept up. But I recall that they did beautiful, meticulous work, and they were 100% legit.
    Don”

    2) “Mind you, I NEVER trade. I am not a market timer.
    Don”

So, he, the officially-trained mathematics teacher, was employed as a “stock trader who never trades” by MS (“Morgan Stanley”). Never mind he was an early “guru, bishop, priest, pioneer” of the cult known as blackjack card-counting! Why didn’t he profess that “highly lucrative trade”? Most likely, he lost the shirt of his back while applying the “bj counting theory” enhanced by his own “discovery” known as illustrious-18 indices in card-counting.

Now, would-be card-counting applicants must be aware of this truth. Crook Don Schlesinger is not the only one. Each and every “authority” in his miserable pile did the same thing. They probably lost big applying card-counting and folded up shop. They exited the gambling business on their knees. Some tried to make a buck by working for the casinos. Some even testified in the favor of casinos against other… “card-counters”! You might want to read but a few detailed and relevant pieces of information:

Blackjack Card Counting: Systems, Gambling Mathematics, Cult, Fraud
Blackjack Card-Counter Catchers Are… Card-Counter Gurus, Authors, Developers.

I know you are one of their numerous victims, Taitser/Maitser! I am tough on you cuz it’s the only way you can save yourself from another disaster. That is, IF you’ll ever get the reasonably minimal bankroll again…

    Very informative post Ion/Neon. :D

Nothing wrong with my bankroll. But I did buy Norm's products years ago. And I actually work with them intensely/almost religiously.
I didn't even know there was such a thing as a forum. Norm suggested I sign up with BJTF.

Let's put it this way. I do not subscribe to the theory of calculating to just one number and a deck estimate for success. It takes WORK.

The posters, puppets, muppets, or whatever come and go from BJTF. Bosox, Flash (Marc), KJ, 21Forme, and Refinery to name a few are nuttier than squirrel turds.

Create confusion to confound the understanding seems to be the mantra as many posters, or should I say posers, had/have an agenda. The question I ask myself daily is; If you can't trust the man, how can you trust the product of the man? Regrettably, if this applies here, I've done a huge amount of work for nothing.
