If you will look at my post right after 21forme post. I said I was staying put.

When KJ was off suspension. I was respectful to a certain point. But as you know, KJ turns everything into a drama fest.

Billryan was at me from the moment I started posting a few weeks ago. But if you will go back, I responded respectfully. Mr Ryan etc etc.

But his persistance was clear he wanted a piece of me. When he dropped the comment he was 6'3" 350? He got all of me.

You jumped in with a warning to KJ. But you didnt say boo to me.

 

Moses got suspended for 1 day for 2 personal insults to billryan? Seriously 1 day?

Okay. I can handle that. Now, if KJ can shut up.

OnceDear. IF you will look at other forums you will see it's not enough for KJ just to post. He has to play forum moderator as well.

OnceDear. The thread in question has very little to do with KJ. But he thinks everything revolves around him.

I know I cant leave it at that. So I will dig into some painful memories long since put away.

2010 was by far the worst year of my life. The deception, the lies, and peoples hidden agenda's were constant. 1985 to 2010 was one long work blur. Everything I had "in" me I gave to my family. We were so close to the finish line of a 25 year journey full of obstacles we'd overcome.

Blackjack became a release. Reno seemed to be a good place for a now-turned-single to relocate. I got bounced around like a rubber ball the first 2 years. In order to continue. I had to learn to play within casino tolerance. I stumbled across Norm's products in 2013. The "study" and play were an outlet from all the shit going on in my head that contunued to haunt.

 

Everything changed in Reno after covid. Finding one-on-one competition is near impossible. KJ boasts he made $100k annually for at least the last 10 consecutive years.

When you start from nothing and make your 1st million, you learn about money. When you lose $2 mil you learn about life. That was the financial loss from the Perfect Storm in 2010.

The lies, the deception, the hidden agenda, the humiliation, the demeaning judgment from self righteous people is something I no longer deal with because I do not allow those people in my life.
So the only thing to replace? Is the money.

I dont need the money. Maybe I want to leave behind a legacy of getting knocked out and full recovery. The end result woild increase my kids inheritance which they dont really need as they are very successful. The "gamble" even if I accomplish the goal? My life would pretty much be over 10 years ftom now..

I think the main purpose is oppirtunity for my kids, and me to see myself as a winner again. The person of 1985 to 2010. O man the revelation hurt. Really hurt. Timeout.

 

Going from $50 to $600 spread for 10 years is the math/money part of the equation. Relocation would be a huge transition. I like the life Ive built here. Going from 1 deck to 6 decks is going from a defense strategy to an offensive one. Why start that workload until Im sure I want to go?

The purpose of the thread was to seek advice. Just like I did from my best friend and old Coach in 2011.
I went to sleep in that big empty house for the final in February 2011. I didnt know where I would be sleeping the next night. But I knew wherever it was, Id be their for a long time. So I went to the escrow office the next day to sign.

The last question the lady would ask is the one I feared most. The answer was the final action of letting go of the old life and starting a new one.

The lady asks, what do you want me to do with your check? I didnt know. So I walked outside. Then came bavk in a few minutes and said "put it on the house in Reno." Then I walked back out because i was afraid Id change my mind while she prepared for my signature.

The advice on Vegas was clearly to stay put which I stated after the 21forme advice.

I failed to recognize it because I was too busy working a living up to the standards of the good book. So one can follow all the Commandments. Do your best to follow it's direction of life. But you can't stop people from sticking there nose in your boz. There is no law against it

Blackjack players have been tearing each other down for as long as I can remember. It started with Flash at BJTF at least to 2013.

There are difference venues all over the country.

I admire the Wizard for picking a direction and sticking to it. He had a plan. Got his moderators on board with it and posters either followed the plan or went away.
