Expanding on this. I thank you for some of your comments today. I too have regrets about both things I said and the way different things played out. The homeless comments really weren't mine. Somebody else came up with that back at ZZ, I think in part because you seemed to hang out with a group of homeless/transient people. Anyway, I just ran with it. But that doesn't make it any less wrong than if I had come up with it myself.

Again, hoping for a speedy recovery for you and will keep you in my prayers.

Hey Tater, hang in there. At our age, we may all be a few days or weeks away from your shoes today. Cancer took my wife 20 years ago, and it was rough. But she showed great courage and love and patience, and she set a good example. Every day counts, and every day is still an opportunity to smile and appreciate something.

I set up a birdfeeder outside her window when she was bedridden, and it's strange how something so small can have such an impact on the day. So if you can, find something small to appreciate and enjoy. Maybe it'll be something you never had time for or something you overlooked.

I wish you the best. I will try to entertain you with an occasional stupid Penn State story.

Here's one. Penn State was so fucked up -- I lived a half mile from Beaver Stadium in grad housing. The most messed up thing I saw was when Penn State beat Nebraska. Penn State students swarmed the field, tore down the goal posts, carried them a mile, and paraded them through College Avenue and Beaver Avenue, doing a fair amount of damage while partying.

Here's the kicker -- it had been a road game. I kid you not!

I won't post or read again on VCT, but I'm guessing the envious squad is still overly obsessed with me. I hit the most enviable jackpot in VP history, these people come up with every fake excuse they can saying it just CAN'T be real, they provide zero evidence to the contrary, yet they go on about how even my son and cash is fake. And if I wasted time fanning it all out, they'd do what they do with MDawg when he shows money and chips---they'd try to cancel him out in every other lying way possible.

Tater, it shouldn't take a life crisis for others to finally tell the truth about how they really feel. Kew has shown he doesn't really feel the way he's been spewing about you for such a long time. And it's obvious they he and red and that liar max don't really believe the lies they have always blabbed about me. Otherwise, they'd have dropped it long ago. They helplessly keep trying to talk themselves into their lies being right. But this thread today proves they only do that for virtual survival.

My life, as has yours Tater, has been blessed. Wonderful wives, CHILDREN, grandchildren, and lots of close friends. I've remained very healthy so far (amazingly) but I know that may come to an abrupt end at any given moment. That's why we live the way we do in our retirement years. Aging is unforgiving.
