Poker Rake-Back question

    Prior to ever having any knowledge of It, I had downloaded the vast majority of poker sites, (I know I messed up):( .

    My question Is even though, I downloaded the vast majority of poker-sites without links and the only ones I downloaded are through CC like BCP/Titan/Carbon yet I'm not getting rake back for these.

    So what I'm wondering about Is, Is their a site, which will in-fact still give me R.B even though I downloaded sites prior to using their links? If so, could you link them for me?

    Also what percentage of the R.B do normal people stand to gain, 2-5%, or Is It more, or is It less?

    Anything I have left out plz feel free to add it on for me?
