I made wagers on Reddick over Bell in the Xfinity race this past weekend and both were graded losses. My wagers were then changed to refund "no action" at Heritage and Sportsbetting said they would give me a "good will" gesture and refund my bet. The wagers in question both lost but after post-race inspection Bell was placed in last place since he did not qualify and Reddick in ninth.

I spoke with a Bert at Heritage and he was very nice and he basically said this has never happened and he said if a driver fails post inspection it would be a refund but if the driver won and failed post inspection it would be a loss since it is "action." I did not see that anywhere in their house rules but what can I do?

I went on live chat with Sportsbetting and the person I chatted with spoke to two different people in the grading department and I was told that this happened:
    1. All Sporting Events will be settled in accordance with our wagering rules on the day they are completed. Any subsequent change in the result of an event due to any form of protest will not be considered for settlement. Las Vegas rules will apply for anything not mentioned in the points above.

The post race inspection was done by 440p. Do I have a legitimate gripe or is it one of those fluke things that just took place? I love Heritage and Sportbetting by the way they offer a good product and I have never really had a problem with either besides this one.
