Poker Registering Late in Tourneys

    Do you view this as an advantage or disadvantage? Whether it be live or Online? I met a guy last night in a tourney at the casino that Swears by late registrations. Says he only lieks to come in less than 4 levels before the end of rebuys. He also Final Tabled with me so maybe it does work ha.

    my opinion on the matter is I guess it would depend on the tourney itself. If it's a Turbo I think it'd be stupid to come in late , Same if It's a bounty hunter Think you are losing overall value coming in THAT late. Now , Online I've registered late in a few tourneys and ran pretty deep , Seems like you miss the donk jammers (if there were any) in that time. So Overall are you the type to be in early to a tourney or do you prefer to live on the edge ?
