    I signed up with VideoSlots a few weeks ago after reading some good reviews here on the forum.

    I had a number of losing deposits and decided to take a break. I deposited £100 tonight and turned it into £300 playing Jack Hammer.

    I tried to withdraw, but was asked for verification documents. I uploaded these and contacted live chat who verified the documents IMMEDIATELY and also flushed my withdrawal. They confirmed the withdrawal time and made sure I had no further questions.

    This is how customer service should be with every online casino.
    There is no reason to delay payment, refuse to flush withdrawals or take an age to verify documents.

    I am once again grateful to these forums and this site for pointing out the best places to play. :):notworthy
