Poker Set of self made rules to pin on wall behind screen.

Right so as the title suggests, I'm looking to really take my poker up to the next level this coming year and I want to come up with a set of GOOD rules that I should follow when playing. I welcome any and all suggestions, but may not take all of them on as this will be completely tailor made to my self, my mental game and my skill level.

Examples.

1) 5 minute break EVERY hour without fail
2) short break after losing large pot if I feel even slightly tilted.
3) Moving up rules? very nitty bankroll management is a must for me.
4)Don't play any other variation of poker for fun outside of agreed games as it affects profits. ESPECIALLY zoom.
