Poker SIDE BET WITH BobbyPossum- HE DOESN'T PAY UP

I was in a 4.40 180 person tourney with BobbyPossum and we made a side bet on who would last longer. Of course BobbyPossum donked out before I did. He had such a huge chip stack and then donked off with aq to ak for all of his chips. I sat there laughing as i realized i was $500 richer. Soon i realized this homo wasn't going to pay. Who pays side bets besides myself? I've made 4 side bets won 3 and lost a $100 one and paid up. Never make a side bet with BobbyPossum he wont pay you. He suggested that the transfer wouldn't go through but I emailed pokerstars and they confirmed that he never attempted the transaction. Here's the email from pokerstars

The only confirmation we are able to give you is that, as mentioned before,

there are no pending transfers into your account, including from user
