As you will hear from the "math people" that roulette systems are nonsense and
that roulette cannot be beaten - keep in mind a few things.
The important thing to know is that casinos and online casinos have quite a detailed
    Terms of Service.
You can go to any one of them and read it - they ALL say the same thing, with
    various wordings.
If you use a system and win, they don't have to pay you.
This includes progressions. It's considered cheating to use a system to win....
(but they don't work, isn't that what we keep hearing ?)

Seems odd that on one hand systems are silly and don't work, on the other hand
you aren't allowed to use them to win. But they can't win, the math people said so.
Perhaps a smart person will see that they do work and work so well that the casino
has to make a point in letting you know that you are not allowed to use one.

I'll put a few but there's no need to post them all - go to your favorite casino and
    find this same rule(s)...

    Golden Nugget -

    Borgata -

But you can't win, why would running a program to keep track of spins be an advantage over a person who doesn't use such a thing ? Don't we all just lose all the time like the math people say ?

    Resorts -

The list goes on and on.
But remember, using systems and betting "techniques" don't work and never can work -
the math people said so didn't they ?
The casinos on the other hand know they can work and if someone is winning using
a system they have covered their asses.... just in case the math people are... wrong.
You are free to believe whoever you choose - the math people who say systems
don't work.. or the casino who says don't you dare use a system to win.
    Seems like a no-brainer.
