Horse Racing Stealing a Winning Horse Race Ticket online by scanning it? O.O

A Woman played a Longshot Horse at a Horse Race, and he WON, he was worth about $900, , but, she was so excited, she showed her Winning Ticket to her Facebook Friends BEFORE cashing in the ticket, and one of her "Friends," used a Home Scanner, scanned her ticket, and cashed it in for themselves and collected her $900. When she went to cash it in, she was told it had already been cashed in and collected.. She realized she only showed her Facebook Friends the ticket, so one of her "Friends," stole her $900 she won. She lividly cussed out whoever stole from her and IIRC, Police were looking to track down the Thief. She said something like,"I shouldn't have shown the Winning Ticket to my Facebook "Friends," BEFORE cashing it in. am going to cut out a LOT of my Facebook "Friends," and keep in mind that Facebook"Friends" aren't Real Friends.
