They provide similar services, facilities, prices, they are located near the center, especially "Best Western" is just a walk away from almost all historical monuments and sightseeings.

Best Western PLUS Hotel Meteor Plaza is better in location and view, Clarion Congress Hotel Prague has modern style, better interior design and decoration.
