Lounge Tend to overbet after multiple losses!

I have this gambling problem. Sometimes, after I lose for many rounds, I tend to up my stake, hoping to recover what I lose.
But that only ends up in more loses for me.

For instance, I bet $10 and loses 5 round.
Then, I bet 50, hoping to recover my lose.
Still, I lose, I then bet 100.
And I lose and I only intend to bet 10 per round, regardless of win/loss, but I find myself giving into my emotions sometimes and overbet after multiple loses, hoping to recoup my money.

How to overcome this problem?

 

One way is to break your bankroll down into individual session amounts, and put only that session amount in your wallet.

Say you go to the casino with a thousand dollar bankroll; each session is two hundred bucks.

Leave the remaining money in your room, or in your car, and start the session with $200.

If you lose, take a break, have a smoke, a drink, whatever, just pace yourself then come back with another $200.

i usually go around tables first and look for a lucky person then try to go with his bet. hahhahah that was proven and tested but once he lose i stop and go around again. and also always keep in mind to gamble using dead money like bet what you can afford to use in order for you to not have regrets.
