i ll say the basic idea from you can create your own strategy

1]each player bet in order to pay off the dept of the leader [player with max dept]
2]the half players bet on 19-36 area which is our 'bank' that is if they win then you the whole team dont lose and dont win anything but this gives the opportunity to the half players to bet 2 times as bonus game that is the depts remain the same after these 2 times the half players bet 1 more time which increase their depts and after that the other half players enter the bet to bet again in 19-36 [for the same banking purpose and so on]

lets see an example lets say we have 8 players whose depts are 96-80-50-43---27-17-12-7 so the 4 players[96-80-50-43] bet to 4 numbers x 3 chips and the other players[27-17-12-7] bet 4 x 3=12 chips to 19-36 so the depts became now-->99-83-53-46---30-20-15-10 lets say that 19-36 wins so the next 2 spins we bet only the 4 players without changing the amounts of depts if we lose then we bet one more time the 4 players so the depts now are 102-86-56-49 if we lose then the whole team bet like before 105-89-59-52---33-23-18-13
