Poker Time management

Tournament CC freeroll &100 esp. on Pokerstars my favorite poker room starts usually 3:00 AM at my country. I'm trying my best to get awake on that time but still cannot play sometimes coz I really take asleep, even you force your eyes open to keep waiting the tournament to start, you won't suddenly notice you fall asleep and did not make to register upon awake then you will keep blaming yourself mentally. Any advice what is the best solution for this.
