I hope the owner of Jao is still watching this board.

Every time I play at Jao lately I keep getting timed out before I even see my cards. Happens over and over on every tournament.

This is very frustrating and plenty of other players are bitching about it in the chat field so it is not just me. Some seem to believe that this is a method to increase your profit. I don't buy into that theory but something certainly needs to be done about it.

If you can go to the website and download the windows version, I never get timed out... bottom left on jaopoker.com home page, scroll down, email me tomorrow if no luck, I will put someone in touch with you to help further.. al

OK, I didn't realize there was an option to download software. I thought you could only play online through their website.

Something needs to be done about this, it will always spark suspicion even if it's just a tech issue. Let's hope it gets sorted soon, I imagine it's very frustrating.

just to let others know, this is new software and they will need help to work out the bugs, i just recently sent in about the bot which i could hardly read i chipped out of the tournament never being able to get past the bot, it was a turbo , i sent it in and they are working on it. i can read the bot sometimes better than other times, lets work together and help debug the software, it illustrated me too, but i will get over it. hope everyone else does also and helps to get this software in top running condition, i would like to see this site rival poker-stars, it is still in its infancy, lets grow, thank you David R Aikens , now (A.K.A) DAdiffer, formally DRAikens.
PS, i get hot tempered too, but i try to keep my temper in my pocket.
