My first time playing this slot at CasinoSaga ,

I get the bonus triggered whre you pick your bonus from the left or right column , I wasn't sure what my choices where so i check the paytable , After looking i go to close the paytable to get back by the game but i actually click the wrong cross and exit the game ....

When i reload the slot the bouns is no longer there , I ask chat what has happened and they tell me

ME : i was playing tower quest , and a bonus was triggered , its my first time playing this slot so i checked the paytable to see what was happening , i accidentaly closed the slot instead of closing the paytable and when i reloaded the slot , the bonus was gone

i had built up the left and right side and it was asking me to pick one so i thought i better see what my choices where

ME : there best had be as i would have won money , I will be closing my account if there inst a quick solution as that really inst good enough , Especially as you are aware of the problem and are allowing the game to be played still

Pasi: I do not think that is a "problem", i do believe it´s how the game is designed to work, by the game developer, but as i said, i will investigate the matter further.

ME : no other game i have ever played takes bonuses off you if you close the game

I got 25x my stake off the last bonus so i may well have just lost that or more as i accidentaly exited the game




Has anyone else had this problem , I have never experienced a game that does not reload where you left it , If it was an error then surely once it was found out they should have pulled the game until it was fixed as it will drastically affext the RTP
