The reason why casino capture 18-19% on turnover at their baccarats game is cuz cats make foolish wager on the plyers side of the equation. It's a lousy proposition, hey hey.

Timing your bets on the coincidence that a coincidence will continue based on a pattern that other coincidences just like it have continued recently.

There is no reason that it should. But just the same these swarms of coincidence do in fact continue at times, if you wish to no miss out on that.

 

You are talking about only HALF of the equation. The other HALF, the losing half is as much.
The notion of IF trend continues, it will allow you to win as much as it permits but if they don't, all you lose is 1 bet.

They were right Jon. There is certainly a Wrong Martingale. If only they understand what a Right Martingale is.

 

Sure there is another half to all this. Trends swarm in a losing condition too. The point is to see and act on both conditions. If you can't do that or are unwilling to become aware of this then you must continue to see no value in it.

 

An interesting fact for trend followers. You need to win at least 2 x after observing the trend in order to see profits. If trend continues, you won the first bet by following but if you lose the second bet because you are following, you just broke even. If you go against trends, you either lose or win because there is no 2 nd bet.
If you follow and only make 1 bet, then it's no difference from going against. So the question is winning twice is only for gamblers and not grinders.
