Some Gambler punched a slot three times in frustrated anger after complaining that the bonus symbols ALMOST lined up TWENTY times(This Gambler didn't get any of the Bonuses) and lost their money. The Slot turned blank(The screen itself didn't crack or anything, it just turned blank and had an "Error," message after the frustrated punches). What is the Penalty for causing a slot to turn off/go blank in frustrated anger?

Hi Karen. I think as long as they did not break anything the casino would let it go. Gamblers often pound the machines out of frustration.

You lose your money as a minimum, here I’m told they don’t always refund the amount on the screen. If you’re thrashing the machine maybe time to stop playing slots as it’s no longer a “fun” activity. Cheers

It's depending on the country of your residence. In some countries, gambling-related debts are enforceable and in some not.
I guess, in the most loyal countries no one will do much about it while in others may shot you down lol.

The Machine in question has since been back and fully functional. I looked up this question on Google, and at least one link said something like,"Casinos just might be lenient and forgiving if this was a first time, one time isolated incident and the Gambler is generally in good standing and has never punched a slot screen in frustrated anger before. If the Gambler does it again, the Casino might ban the Gambler/press charges/tell the Gambler to pay a fine for Slot Damage, etc."

I heard someone was at first talking nice to the machine, saying something like,"Be a good Slot for Mama, and gave it a nice rub.... Just minutes later, she punched the machine angrily and said,"Pay up, you tight son of a Bitch!" Interesting.....
