So let's take a look at Shoe 3 just using the Banker / Player stream and just concentrate on a few basic doms and zig/zag (chop)

    B
    P
    B
B ok, so I will look for the 2's
    P win
    B loss
P loss (so break off here)
P start again looking for 2's
    B win
    P loss
    P win
    P loss
    B win
    P loss
B loss (break off here) now it is in a P dom
    P win
    P win
    B loss
    P win
    B loss
    P win
    P win
    P win
    P win
    B loss
    P win
    P win
    P win
    P win
    P win
    P win
    B loss
B loss (break off here) now in a 2's scenario again
    B loss
    P win
    P win
    B win
    P loss
B loss (break off here) i am going to run with a zig zag (chop here)
    P win
    B win
B loss (obviuosly you only need one loss to break off from the zig zag (chop) no bet next, i want to see what's happening.
P ok, so back to the 2's
    B loss
    B win
    P win
    B loss
    B win
    P win
    P win
    P loss
    B win
    B win
    B loss
    P win
    P win
    B win
    B win
    B loss
B loss (break off here) now playing for the B dom
    P loss
    B win
    B win
    B win
    P loss
    P loss

    I will stop here. By my reckoning, that's 38 W vs 24 L.

    w ll w l w l w ll ww l w l wwww l wwwwww lll www ll ww ll ww l www l ww l wwww ll ww l www ll

In this instance, the B and P stream performed ok on it's own. It just gives anyone interested an Idea of how I am approaching it. There is a lot more to add regarding streams, different types of doms etc.... I may start a seperate thread on that one day.

    cheers

That’s an interesting way of approaching the game @baccarou. Seems like this could work with roulette too except for that pesky 0!

Yep, I have transposed a lot of my concepts over to Roulette, however, I use them for the single dozen. The concentration of hits still comes and with a 2/1 payout instead of 1/1, it is really powerful with a lot of scope especially if you like using positive progressions. So I have pretty much went from Roulette to Baccarat and now I am playing a lot more roulette again. Personally, I wouldn't play the EC on Roulette anymore.

I am working on a dozens strategy as well. It has to do with runs and changes kind of like how you have described up there.

Hello Cps10, I think you are on the right track and it's a natural evolution that when you have exhausted your research on the E.C's, that you can then try and get a bit more bang for your buck on something else. It seems a natural progression that the dozens would be next and I personally think that that's the final destination because anything else and you can't replicate what you were achieving with the E.C's without the variance biting and too many L stretches to contend with. The magic (as always) is in the framework and how you can synchronize all the info to work together seamlessly. When complete, you will have what you were always searching for.

I am not really one for some of the more fancier MM schemes out there but if you can replicate some of the W runs over to the dozens from the EC's, then that 2/1 payout is going to really help out. After 3 months though, flat betting works just fine.

@baccarou i agree. The dozens are the money makers. Going with EC’s or even two dozens at once gets you into trouble where progressions become necessary. I want to flat bet as much as possible and a 12-number set seems to work best. And you can do it with table dozens or wheel dozens the same.

And then those that play single numbers or a handful of number to me is just chasing your tail. Even with the increased payout.

I’ve been studying roulette and playing it for 30 years. I have a great friend in Ireland and he and I are determined to find a consistent winning bet. I’m sure you’ve heard of Charles Edward Hampshire and that concept. It’s a riddle that I will solve one day.

Hahaha. If soxfan loses the shoes aren't legit. I'm pretty sure the Wizard shoes as well as the ones I play (EVOLUTION) are legit as well. Here's one I just played flat bet FTS. They're not all this easy.

Maybe I'll post some. No warning for last hand. And after 23 columns populate the first columns drop out which is kind of annoying if you're not keeping track separately.

More than the infamous RNG issue, it is good to look for the transitions as the cleaner they are then the easier the shoe. Very tough transitions and chaos marks a more realistic difficult shoe.

Someone asked me about my bet selection for the above shoe that I posted. Let me start by saying the often maligned Arelax long ago said that in general the baccarat shoe changes signatures four times. I agree with that. With that in mind, I'm playing follow the shoe (FTS) except for a few bets that I usually like to make. Those bets in the above shoe are bet B after a P5 and the longer still (LS) bet. IOW, If the previous length is only 2 or 3 and the next time it goes one more I like to bet follow continue until lose or else sometimes I'll bet until it just goes five and stop - depends on how I'm doing.

But because the shoe generally changes signatures a lot I'm m usually going to make one bet after a few hands. If it's choppy, I bet chop, if it's streaky I bet for it go longer. But I don't like to bet more than 2>3. If I win that bit I'll probably try it again. If I lose that bet, I probably am going to wait for more dominant pattern.

After that i'm looking at what's dominant and I bet that. So in this shoe I got lucky. Won a unit earlier than I got the P5 bet and the LS bet. Then the shoe got dominant 2's so I got those. After losing at the end I just quit.

So other than those bets that I pointed out to start up and the special bets I'm just playing domination. You can choose anything you want that seems to be dominant. This thread people are trying dominant of last five. In my opinion , it's no better than choosing something else.

Not only that, you could bet it both ways. You could bet for dominant to continue or you could bet that dominant doesn't continue. Do you really think that dominance has a better chance of continuing than not?

    Cheers

I disagree with the number of times signature change. It can be anywhere from 0 to 4 times. I usually do better by betting dominant to continue.

well sure. It's nice when you get one with zero change. That should be a homerun! Doesn't happen that often.
