Misc WizardOfVegas Forum is Dying

So it looks like my time on Diversity Tomorrow might be officially over. I am no longer allowed to make new DT Threads. I hadn't posted in over a month on DT and popped in yesterday to celebrate the one year Anniversary of Knathan's Corner and I got silence. No one responded to it or mentioned me coming back after over a month. It's clear that I am not missed at DT. People even mentioned before that they didn't want me on DT and voiced their displeasure at me posting there. And yesterday was the glaring proof that I am not wanted on DT.

 

I got a PM saying something like, "Zenking has a better chance of being reinstated on WOV than you do because the very next day he apologized and admitted he said that threat in a fit of anger and was shocked and remorseful for what he said and would never actually shoot up a Casino. And besides he didn't technically break any Forum Rules and he didn't actually threaten to shoot up the Casino. He said ,"If he had a gun, he'd shoot uo the Casino. He didn't say,"I will shoot up the Casino," there is a slight difference. And he apologized the very next day which makes it look like an impulsive rant that he regretted the very next day. And besides, he stopped posting on Gambling Websites after he saw that Posters were getting ready to report him to the proper Authorities. He figured maybe he shouldn't post on websites anymore.. You on the other hand, broke multiple rules. You admitted to Socks, you cussed out an Admin in a rant. You hijacked someone else's Thread when you went on that rant. So, you broke 4 rules. No Sock(s) Rule, No Profanity Rule, No Insulting Rule, and No Hijacking Rule."

 

Could a 60 year old dowdy, frumpy, woman minding her own business get propositioned by three different well dressed working women even in Sin City/Weird City? On the same night? Highly unlikely. Could this particular 60 year old frumpy, dowdy woman...Bullshit Blabs? With this pathological liar's documented record of hundreds of made up stories? Not a chance. Now if she's a closet lesbian sending out signals...that's a different story. There is no indication of that whatsoever.

This is all about one upmanship by her as it always has been. She has to outdo everyone...she has to be the best...she has to know more than anyone...she has to be the expert in every subject. She gives out medical advice, gambling advice, relationship advice, psychological advice....advice on any subject that she can look up and pretend she knows about. She has a desperate need to be the authority on every subject. The technical term is...she's full of it. Peruse her almost 14,000 posts and see the hundreds of examples of her outrageous, pathological lies.

If she was hit on like she says...the first thing she would have done was post it on WoV. Yet she didn't till much later. Like all her made up stories this one is intentionally vague with no way of corroborating it lest she be called on it. The brainwashed cult members are terrified of her and wouldn't dare call her on it. Funny how they demand proof for every little thing over there...funny how they are so quick to call people liars....to insult and ridicule...to drive people off the board for much less....yet she gets a free pass every single time. They truly are terrified of her and of being banned....because that's what happens when you disagree with her or are smarter than her.

It's perfectly acceptable for this world class *cough* slot pro to defraud the Vegas casinos. He's on the A-list at "Mike's House." He can do no wrong as the man of integrity looks the other way at this blatant fraud. Is it even legal? Wizard/Sad Shack will just say he didn't see it...like he always does. So where's Blabs? Where's OnceDear? Afraid to cross Sad Shack? Afraid of Axel? Are they all, by their silence, condoning this fraud?

Why is Axel doing this again? Is it for EV? Is he hurting for money? Couldn't he just leave player cards in a bunch of machines like the other "APs"? Sell water on the Strip overpasses? I think only two people on WOV admitted they purposely left Player's Cards in, hoping that other people without Player's Cards will just blindly play without looking at the card slot. In two of my locals, the PC Slot is on the top and the money slot is on the bottom. The third local has the PC Slot on the same level as the money slot. The first two would be very easy to play the "Left PC in game on purpose, random player unsuspecting, gave me free points and free play," the third local is more obvious there is a PC in it already.

 

It was more than two and one was a WoV mod at the time. You have to laugh at these guys who go to one rinky-dink casino in the heart of hillbilly country and call themselves APs for leaving cards in machines hoping someone will get them some points for a meal or a cup of coffee. This particular mod got himself kicked out of the casino after getting caught red handed at his pathetic scam. Another fraud perpetrated by a WoVer. How embarrassing!

If anyone else had posted this they would have been excoriated and run off the board by the "real APs." Wizard/Sad Shack did voice his opinion on this mod's fraudulent behavior...this mod who represented him and his site. Here's what he said about the scam:

"Leaving player cards in high-denom slots is a bottom feeder AP play. I would compare it to wandering the casino floor looking for abandoned credits." So says the same Wizard who has no problem begging the forum for money so he can travel the world to interview hookers. Funny that the "man of integrity" chooses to remain silent as Axel shamelessly uses WoV to scam casinos by selling his comped rooms.

WoV members...Christmas is coming. Can you find it in your hearts to throw these losers a couple of bucks so they don't have to lower themselves and be....as Wizard calls them....bottom feeders?

For reference, I was directed to your comment from the other day and chose not to respond, but I have followed new developments in this thread...though I haven't read anything from my last login up to what you had to say a few days ago and have no intention to do so. With that said, I do want to address your most recent posts and then I will address the one from the other day since I am already here anyway.

The first thing that I want to do is offer an unconditional apology if I insulted, belittled or otherwise demeaned you, the person, rather than your ideas or your system. Obviously, I am going to set about proving why a system is not mathematically viable if the mood strikes me, but I do apologize if I ever insulted you or your intelligence over on WoV. Your statement gives the impression that I may have fired the opening shots in this regard, so if that is the case, your attitude towards me is immediately more understandable from my side.

That said, you have not divulged who you are over on WoV, so I'm afraid it's impossible for me to address any slight, whether perceived or actual, in any specifically meaningful way. In any case, if I did insult you over there, I apologize.

And often, I freely admit that my tone can be (and still is) often sarcastic and/or condescending. That's just my style, kind of like you have a certain style over here. I often phrase things in such a way (hopefully insulting the ideas and not the person) because I think it's funny while some agree and others disagree. There's no universal agreement on what is or isn't funny, otherwise being a comedian would be the easiest gig in the world to be successful at.

This is an example of why some people may consider your behavior unusual. If I do not like a person or place, I generally don't spend any great amount of time commenting on what the person says/does or what goes on at that particular place. Again, that's just me. That's not to say that I won't mention something in passing, but I usually don't follow the day to day on the activity.

Now, onto the post from the other day:

The first thing is the whole, "Meal or a cup of coffee," is something of a mischaracterization of what I was doing. Secondly, the use of, 'Cards,' plural, is incorrect as I was only doing it with one of my own cards. Normally, $5 slot play would generate a paltry $0.01 in comps and/or free play (I was obviously interested in the free play) which wouldn't have been worth doing, even then. It's not worth it for me to do it now, anyway. However, on these 10x multiplier days, each $5 spin generates $0.10 in free play which, if it works for an hour at 800 spins/hour, would generate $80 in free play. That's obviously more than a cup of coffee.

I agreed at the time and still agree that it's a bottom-feeder AP play. Although, I would counter that it is substantially greater in value than searching for abandoned credits and takes far less time. I believe I mentioned that I wasn't exactly scouring the floor to do this, basically, I played to the level needed to keep my own free play offers going (positive EV by itself) and then, on my way out, would basically just select a machine I knew to get a lot of action and put my card in. At least in theory, it doesn't take anything away from anyone because, upon going to put their own card in, a person would notice that there was already a card in and remove it. Basically, I was just racking up the points that, for all practical purposes, otherwise wouldn't exist to begin with.

And, again, no argument at all it was a bottom-feeder play.

However, nothing constitutes, "Fraud," because the casino's materials themselves would tell you that the points and free play have no cash value. You can't defraud someone of something that they themselves are describing as valueless. Also, no illegal means were being used, which also goes against any potential fraud argument. In fact, what was done only arguably violates the casino's own terms & conditions and might not even explicitly do that.

CONCLUSION:

Anyway, I don't particularly care to discuss that further for a few reasons:

1.) It was brought to my attention yesterday and I could have responded then if I wanted and chose not to. I'm only doing it now because you gave me a different reason to appear and post.

2.) You know that this was over five years ago, right? I'm honestly surprised you even remembered it because I sure as hell didn't and I was the person directly involved.

3.) I admitted then and now that it was a bottom-feeder AP play, so that's not really in dispute. I'm only disputing your perception as to the value of doing it as well as whether or not it would constitute fraud.

Finally, the main reason for my appearance is, again, to apologize if I ever insulted, belittled or demeaned you, the person, rather than your system, method...whatever. If I did, which again I can't know because I don't know your handle over there, you have my unconditional apology and I admit to being in the wrong.

I hope you enjoy the rest of your day as well as the upcoming holiday. I will check for your response periodically over the next 48 hours and have no plans to visit this forum (not to say that I won't) beyond that.

 

Thanks for the post, Mission, and rest easy my son. You have never done anything to me that would come close to what I described. Perhaps you could have been more diligent in addressing the way I was treated. I did mention it a few times but I never pushed it much further. You have been tough on some of my "forum friends" who are no longer able to post.

It's been a while since you've posted here which is why I didn't mention you by name. I didn't want to possibly make you feel you had to respond. Also note that I have kept my word after you asked that I not post your identifying information.

Might I ask if you have remarried? Not looking for fodder to post...just interested. Feel free to tell me to go jump in the lake...it's all good.
