OK so I'm a UK player who has no passport, drivers licence or CitizenCard.

Recently I got a letter from my bank who informed me that my Maestro card will expire on February 25th.
And from that date onwards, I will have to start using (if I haven't already) my Debit Mastercard that is replacing my Maestro card. Note: both these cards are linked to the same bank account. And (for the record), I already have started using the new Debit Mastercard.

I used both the old and about to expire Maestro card and also the new Debit Mastercard to make deposits at the following casinos...

    32Red Group
    Casino Rewards Group
    Spin Casino

32Red Group isn't a problem. They process withdrawals back to my Debit Mastercard.
Spin Casino isn't a problem. They told me they cannot process withdrawals to my Debit Mastercard, but they CAN process withdrawals
using DBT (Direct Bank Transfer). Crucially, there is no fee for this.

Casino Rewards however is where the problem lies. They can't pay withdrawals back to my Debit Mastercard (I tried a couple of times only to be
told by e-mail - from someone in their payments team - that they could not process the withdrawals due to "an invalid bin number").
However, because my Maestro card had not yet expired (and because it is linked to the same bank account as the Debit Mastercard),
there was a workaround. I would request payment to the Maestro card instead. And the payments would be processed. Don't ask me why/how this worked out, because frankly, I haven't got a clue. All I know is, I got paid each and every time.

But come 25th February, that workaround will no longer be an option. Because of this, I have actually not deposited at any Casino Rewards
casino since February 13th. And it may be some time before I make my next deposit. Reasons why? Well...when it comes to processing withdrawals
from Casino Rewards, the next "most viable" alternatives I currently have available to me would be by Cheque or by DBT.

However, payment by cheque comes with a £15 fee. And payment by DBT comes with a £30 free. Neither of these options are in any way
appealing or attractive to me, particularly DBT as I think the minimum withdrawal amount has to be for £300. And then they immediately take a
10% cut of that. For a low roller, I find this option to be unappealing bordering on unpalatable.

So payment to card, cheque and DBT are now of no use to me. Which leaves Neteller, Skrill, EntroPay Card, ClickAndBuy, Paypal as the only options
available (according to the drop down menu on Casino Rewards banking page).

However, because of my lack of photographic ID, I would anticipate problems when it comes to getting an account fully verified, were I to
create an account at Neteller or any of the other e-wallet sites.

So with all that in mind, I now seek your advice. What are my alternatives? Do I even have one? Will I have to stop playing at Casino Rewards?
Or will I just have to suck up a £15 fee for payment by cheque every time I make a withdrawal?

Any advice, as always, is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)
