with those punishments, also comes defections of people who quietly leave.
Yesterday at midnight eastern time(9 pm my time) there were 215 members visiting the site listed for the day. There used to be close to 300.

It is now showing around 215-230 at this time(midnight eastern) most non weekend days.(weekends are less) FOR THE PAST YEAR.
This means THAT THERE CONTINUES TO BE A NET LOSS OF MEMBER VISITS.

why?.....because as new members sign up, there should be an increase over the PAST YEAR.

but it seems as fast as new member visits increase the number of visitors posted daily.....others seems to be leaving thereby holding the number steady at 215-230.

A growing site would have steady increases.

So then you have to ask....why is the member visits decreasing, and now leveling off.

just read the posts on this thread.....that gives the answer.

the same reason most businesses fail.....poor and inconsistent customer service

 

Let's see which one lasts longer. WoV or this one. I'm betting on WoV.

Hasnt beached whale hijacked a thread today. Talking about computer problems on a thread that has to do with discussing the suspension list.

Is she going to self suspend herself today like she did in the past for abuse of authority with the manboys blessing.

 

Beached whale is one of the worst, if not THE worst, offender. That's what happens when someone pretends to be an expert on every subject. I say pretend because it's very clear that she reads a post, reads a quick Wiki summary and posts a response. She fools no one but herself. How shallow. Like all self-aggrandizing mentally disturbed people, she just can't help herself. She has to pollute every thread with her nonsense.

The mods are the ones that keep harping on hijacking. They're the ones that made the rule. Anyone visiting the site even for a short amount of time can readily see that it's a sham.....a "gotcha" to satisfy their own depraved needs.

Imagine you're out for drinks or dinner with friends, enjoying good conversation, and someone suddenly pipes up and says no hijacking. It just doesn't happen. There would be serious questions about that person's mental state. Needless to say, they wouldn't be invited out again if they kept it up.

A normal person wouldn't think twice about something as ridiculous as hijacking. It's normal human interaction. Without it threads and ultimately the forum would dry up.

 

The mods at wov can easily do what is done here. If someone posts something that might derail a thread off topic, the mod quietly moves it to its own thread. No "punishment" ...no mentally ill need to "shame" someone. Its just an easy maneuver . Its happened a few of my posts here.

But we see why it happens over there. In the own words of the manboy...he thinks that punishing people inflicts "shame" on people. And it seems the infliction of "shame" is very therapeutic to a handful of people in charge over there. Its all about doling our punishment with an intent to inflict shame.

That is a sickness.....because no successful business can be sustained with this type of customer service

what psychologically needy people need to behave this way? Well the answer is obvious......the needy pople that zuga "hires"

I can just see zuga talking to manboy...........HEY MANBOY......stop pissing around and do something to earn your salary.....I dont know....write an article or 2......lift a finger to do some productive work. Hence the announcement by manboy.....that zuga wants him to write about slots.

Well, this was a funny yet sad thread to read through. Well, mostly just skimmed it. Read a few parts where something caught my eye that I thought'd be interesting. Saw my name posted a couple times (hooray!), along with Axel, BBB, Mike, and some other people I know or have met. If I may, I believe this thread can be summed up as follows:

1) Y'all got a hard on for 1BB, Buzzard, Alan Mendelson, plus random trolls or idiots.
2) Y'all don't like me (RS), Axel, BBB, Wizard, someone with an acronym that I don't recognize (unless you mean IBYA?), EvenBob, and a few others.
3) Ya have no idea what/who you're talking about. BBB doesn't do a quick wikipedia search to make a post, she knows a whole hell of a lot. Axel doesn't scrounge the aisles for loose change on machines or post jackpots that aren't his own....but he is very bad at spelling & grammar. If you've ever talked to Mike before, you'd realize he's not a "glorified accountant" or whatever...he is very smart. Not sure what you've said about EB, but you're probably right about him (never met him, don't care to meet him).

I think someone's jelly of WOV. Almost 500 posts dedicated to attacking WOV and its members? Whew!

Here's my summary about this thread. It's about a lying, narcissistic fraud with no integrity whatsoever. A do as I do, not as I say control freak. A desperate little boy longing to be a real man. Shall I go on?

Is this a one time post or will you be available to discuss the things that you have posted? Things are a little different here. You can't go running to mommy when you hear something you disagree with. Perhaps you can be the liaison between the 2 sites. Would the cult approve or think it's an RS (really stupid) idea?

Oh and be sure to thank little Axel for the link to this site. I know he must be busy trying to force grandma off that penny machine so he can vulture it. Lucky he's in the clique because linking to us may be a violation of some unwritten rule.

There are 818 pages (10 posts per page) of the discussion list on WOV, but it's also been around for a longer amount of time with more members and activity. Not to mention, it's a thread about the suspensions of the members of its own forum. It goes way off track sometimes. Plus, you have 1BB to blame for it having so many posts.

The thread here? 6 months old, nearly 500 posts between very few people. It's a thread about people of a different forum (most of them don't even know, care, or look at this thread).

I dont care if the manboy is real real "smart" as you put it. Someone can be smart and still be an a-hole. Someone can be smart and still be socially backward . Being smart doesnt preclude someone from being mentally ill. Being smart doesnt mean the person cant be a hurtful husband and father in his actions and words on wov.( do you think his wife and kids love his comment about hating when valentines day falls on a weekend because then he has to find something to do that will please both his wife AND kids.) Being smart doesnt mean he cant be inconsiderate to another business as he films his "contest" that leads to vomiting. Being "smart' doesnt mean that I cant take him at his word when he says he suspends when he is in a bad mood.....obviously a psychological need that a professional my need to resolve. No not at all RS. Whether he is "smart" or "stupid"......doesnt matter. Being math smart, doesnt mean that he has business acumen. Being smart doesnt mean he has the ability to gauge right or wrong.....or fair/unfair. And being "smart" doesnt keep people from leaving the board as is evidenced by the member visit totals at the bottom of the home page every day. He can be real "smart" at some things just like the older brother in Rainman...I AGREE.

Its just that its very poor debate form to cite "smartness" as some vague and quantifiable badge of honor for manboy, beached whale, husband of the year, and others......when their ability to solve a math problem was never questioned(at least by me...I only speak for myself).

This thread is not about a persons ability to "smartly" solve a math problem.

PS: There's a difference between going slightly off-topic and hijacking a thread.

Hijacking: Randomly going off on BLM in a Cosmo-complaint thread, or going off about global warming in the suspension list thread. Neither of which was related to either of the discussions. (PSS: I disagree with the BLM supporters as well as the "global warming's gunna kill us all we gotta save da planet!".)

Don't mean to ignore you, RS, but I want to touch upon something that has been brought up before and that something is the steady decline of WOV. Others have seen it and commented on it and last night I saw if for myself.

Only a dismal 183 member visits yesterday and that's with an extra hour due to the time change. Now how many of those 183 members are going to patronize Zuga's advertisers? Well, we can eliminate the names in green, the names in red and all the multiple IDs. Next we can cross off longtime members and anyone else with half a brain. So to answer how many would would get suckered in by Zuga's online casino ads, I'm going to say none.

But some hide their online status they'll say. Okay, I'll give you that. A few unstable people who think they're James Bond may do that. You know who does that? The beached whale herself. She knows that numbers are important. Why would she be so selfish as to deprive Zuga of an increase of traffic, something that sites are judged on?

Oh that's right. She doesn't recognize Zuga's authority, ownership or even his existence. She thinks she's the boss.

Alan M was a member in good standing before he was called mentally ill and left on his own. FACT -he was not a troll according to the people in charge.

The latest "article" by that pompous ass, Mission146/husband of the year was just posted.

He interviews his girlfriend Alexandra about gambling. He's says that "a willingness to accept that I love gambling is a necessary component in a relationship that I'm going to have with somebody". Thinks only of himself. Now who does that remind us of?

In answer to the very first question the poor girl reveals that her mom almost lost her house due to a gambling addiction. Undaunted, husband of the year goes on to describe how he practically forces her to accompany him to casinos.

Isn't that why he lost his wife and kids? Isn't that why he works at a flophouse and sleeps in the back of his rusty PT Cruiser?

What kind insensitive of person forces his girlfriend to gamble or do anything they're not comfortable with? Especially knowing that family history.

Do you want to tell us how respectful the manboy is to his wife and kids on his public forum. Do you want to tell us that the manboy didnt say that he suspends to address his "bad moods". Do you want to address that I pointed out your compliant about the manboy and his band of merry menlike creatures...where you claim they let a repeated "troll" (alan m)exist on that board while other trolls were suspended or nuked. Do you want to address the reduction of member daily visits from around 290 down to around 220? Do you want to discuss the manboy waiving a tin cup while he was actively negotiatiing sale. Do you want to discuss the individual inconsistencies pointed out here regarding the husband of the year and beached whale. Do you want to discuss the hypocrisy of manboy telling us to respect his site, yet he doesnt respect a local business by running a contest that had a high chance of causing vomiting...and by the way the sight of a person vomiting will lead to loss of business. Or the fact that he nuked me without giving a reason.....stating only "we all know why". Counter that is great to run a business, punishing customers when you are "in a bad mood". Tell us how they teach that method in colleges and universities in Business 101.

Tell us what type of individual finds its important to pose with scantily clad women who are strangers and postit on a website as if its an accomplishment,

Tell us how its sane, that the manboy and his band of merry menlike creatures feels that posting a name and link causes people to feel "shame". Tell us how they have the power to inflict shame on anyone? Tell us how the posting of the suspension list with a link to the offense, instead of causing shame on the perpetrator actually rubs salt in the wound of the recipient by giving more access to the supposed "insult" to more and more people.
