My wife came out of an alcoholic household growing up. She dosent drink and I respect that. I dont even keep alcohol in our house. We live driving distance to Napa and some of the great wineries in this country. Do you think I bring her to wine tastings at the vineyards? Nope. WOuldnt think of it. Its called having respect for the person you love. You can say you love someone all your want....but in the end actions speak louder than words.

Usually I keep wives and girlfriends out of it. But when they man brings them into the conversation...then they are fair game.

If she allows him to treat her that way.....then the problem is also with her. She needs to demand the respect she deserves.

Oh yeah, after wife is gone .......he hooks up with someone who has negative feelings toward gambling. Good luck with that.....how do u think thats gonna work out

 

I just read the article again. First he brought her to the casino just to eat. Then he had her watch him play. Gradually he got her to play.

There's a name for that, people. I's called grooming....a classic case. He GROOMED her. I've heard of people using the grooming technique and not for anything good. Now that's a legitimate example of shame.....a real example.

 

let me get this straight. You grow up with a family that goes through hardship from gambling. You go through the pain thats involved in that.
You let your new boyfriend know the whole ordeal and with that knowledge.....and he brings you to casinos numerous times.

But when someone does indeed form a cogent thought, they weight it.....and if they dont agree with it....they ask for a suspension. The cogent thought would be labeled an attempt at trolling, an insult, or a hijack.

Not so over here.....RS cant understand how things he disagrees with are allowed to stand, and those posting things he disagrees with are allowed to continue posting without punishment.

Kewlj has just been nuked by the manboy....for posting something dis-agreeable to wov on another site.
Usually postings on another site dont count,(as is evidenced by Mr V activity at GG)...but supposedly this is the exception.

This could have been avoided if mental health prevailed. The manboy had the ability to just tell the parties involved to play nice in a PM.
Instead he was quick to dole put punishment due to the breaking of a undisclosed truce from years ago.

No other members really knew about or remembered the "truce" so all the manboy had to do was tell them to knock it off and move on.
But it was one of those days where he needed to punish. So that started the ball rolling to where we are today. 2 more punishments ensued(1 for each party) and then a nuke. All put in motion by the egomaniac who needed everyone to know that he drew up a truce and how dare someone break it. Someone needed to pay.

And the person that "pays" in the end is ZUGA.

people over there are starting to post that the site is worse off now without kewlj. Well get in line with that complaint. Others obviously have felt that as well.......... as others have been punished. I look now at 11:27 pm eastern time....less than 210 member visits for the day.

Yup...ZUGA GETS THE SHAFT AGAIN.

ps: we told kewlj to keep walking when he originally said he was leaving. But he kept posting, even though we warned it was only a matter of time before a nuke occurred. Oh well kewlj.....live and learn. It was obvious from our vantage point what was going to happen. You would have been nuked for trolling, or hijacking or insulting. Instead you got the more unique nuking for comments on another website. Bravo.

 

KewlJ posted on another forum that has nothing to do with WOV. I read the entire thread including the post that got him banned. I was expecting something nasty or particularly insulting. It wasn't there. Just a regular post. It seems that a so called "friend " of manboy (he has no real friends) has been working behind the scenes lobbying for KewlJ's ban. Manboy took the bait.

So now they're combing through other forums looking for misbehaving munchkins. Should MrV be worried? Is this new policy going to be retroactive? Bans unrelated to the forum have happened before. Remember juiceiejennie? Manboy met her at a casino for a date. When she rebuffed him on that date, he banned her from the forum. A married 50 year old with a bad haircut meeting a 25 year old "model" that he pegged as "easy". He needs some new material because she all but admitted that she'd go with anyone. How creepy is this guy? Even his avatar is creepy.

Are the few timid souls that are coming to KewlJ's defense going to offer more than a few carefully chosen words that they hope won't offend manboy? Is anyone going to have the courage of Alan M or ace of spades and say ENOUGH! I'm out of here. Doubtful.

Does anyone have Zuga's address in whatever Communist country he hails from? I'd like to send him a case of Vaseline......generic not the good stuff.

 

Favoritism? If anything, it's reverse favoritism, ie: Admins sometimes may have to issue a suspension so it doesn't look like they're showing favoritism. Censorship in the form of nukes? Like trying to censor all the stupid baccarat system-betting trolls? I'm not sure how you got censorship out of people being suspended/nuked.

It looks like JohnCena was banned for having multiple accounts, personal insults, and (probably) spamming/insulting people via PM. I'm not seeing a problem there, especially since he was a total moron. Do you think JohnCena should or shouldn't have been suspended/nuked?

Exoter was interesting while he was there. But he definitely wasn't someone who was beneficial to the forum. All he ever wrote about was how good he is at vulturing UX and slots. Did you read his posts at all, or do you think the forum should be a complete free-for-all where as long as you don't explicitly break the rules, anything goes? [Rhetorical question, look at this thread.] I'm sure threatening the forum with legal action over his "copyrighted materials" sure didn't help him, either. lol

Kentry was either the biggest idiot & degenerate I've seen post on the forum or is a damn good troll. I suspect he was trolling. Read through some of his posts, they read like they were written by a 14 year old kid -- he once wrote something about getting his ass beat by his mother because he gambled away his hair-cut money.

1BB bitched at just about every suspension that was made. First I thought he was playing devil's advocate and being a good guy....but I later realized he actually thinks he was right in defending so many of the suspended members. But his down-fall (or perhaps, his final demise, since he was never "up") was when he gave a big F-U to Mike in a stream of multiple raged-out posts in the suspension disc thread.

I don't remember seeing him suspend people to address his bad moods. I remember perhaps a time or two when he was in a bad mood when he suspended someone. People aren't always going to be in a good mood....try bringing that up in court, "He [cop] pulled me over for speeding because he was in a bad mood!"

Can we tone down all the unnecessary stuff? I don't know if you're referring to specific people or a group or what (merry menlike creatures?). So far I think I'm right in thinking you refer Mike to 'manboy'.

But yeah, I think they let Alan continue posting even though he was trolling. Some say he wasn't trolling and I think he was. I don't think Mike actively polices through posts looking for reasons to suspend people....only when a complaint is made. Refer to what I said in post above re: favoritism (I was the one making the complaint about Alan trolling).

What's this have to do with anything (if it's even true)? I honestly don't care how many member visits there are on any particular day. I don't know the reason why this happened. Probably several possible explanations. But why this is up for discussion, I have no idea.

I have no idea why you were banned specifically. I think that happened shortly after I joined. But looking at the suspension list, it looks like you already had 4 suspensions before your final nuke (5'th offense). Maybe it goes 3-7-14-30-nuke?

I don't really remember (specifically) why B9 or buzzard were banned, again that was I think shortly after I joined the forum. If I remember B9 correctly (may have mixed him up with someone else)....but his posts seemed very toxic and negative, without even trying to hide it (at least EvenBob tries to hide it or gives himself an out). Buzz seemed a little off, too....but he had a real big problem with Zuga I think, kept pestering him. Then finally one day Zuga said enough is enough and nuked him. Perhaps I'm thinking of someone else, but I think that was Buzz.

Refer to post above about 1BB. I think he was just trolling the suspension list, trying to cause a ruse, objectifying (maybe that's not the right word here) nearly every single suspension.

I don't know if Mike finds it important to take a picture with scantily clad women and post it on his website. I feel if he thought it was so important, they'd be all over the place -- not just a few. Ya know, it isn't a bad thing to do that, do you?

I don't know why people feel "shame". One cannot make someone else feel shame. If you feel ashamed, then that comes from you (you feel bad for doing something bad).

I'm sure BBB has used Wikipedia before. But if you've ever spoken with her, you'd know she actually knows what she's talking about and has experience in many different fields. Not a bull-shitter kind of person who makes up stories, does quick research online to write about something, or whatever you believe. But I'm probably not going to change your opinion about her, anyway.

 

Please be specific, RS. what was Kentry given a first offense, 7 day suspension for? Where was his warning? Where was his 3 day suspension? Why was he nuked for a second fabricated offense? Oh that's right, his social worker, Mission, (we all see how his life is going), decided that Kentry had a gambling problem and banned him. This is the same guy whose girlfriend confided to him that her mom is a problem gambler. What does he do? He encourages her to gamble.....something she is against, something she would never do were it not for his prodding.



I went through 5 years of the suspension list and could not find a single action against 1BB save for the two that led to his ban. Where was the consideration of his longevity and contributions to the forum? Where was his warning? His 3 day suspension? I don't see any F U to your precious Mikey. No outraged posts. I see some 100 percent true things said that manboy and his henchmen didn't like. I challenge you to quote a ban worthy or even a suspension worthy insult by 1BB. When someone gets the best of you....ban him. Don't try harder to make your point, don't try to improve yourself just ban.

By the way, you don't see these guys popping up under multiple names like Buzzy boy who is welcomed back every other week with opened arms.

Yes, tell us Here how you felt about your own suspension. We don't want the whitewashed version that you gave over there. Why did you get 7 days for a first offense.......a very mild one at that? Aren't you a good contributor? You have identified yourself as a casino dealer. Dealers are usually treated with more respect over there....more than you have been given.

So what's it going to be? Are you going to defend your hero or are you going to tell us how you really feel? Take your time. Go back and kick it around with your mentors over there. Seek their advice. You have little Axel on speed dial right?

This isn't worth my time. I thought a discussion was possible but every post is full of "BS/RS/ReallyStupid, AxelSheep/Little Axel, manboy/husband-of-the-year, BBButtkissers/Beached Whale, etc." I sense 3-4 members (likely just 2 people under a few different screennames) have some resentment towards WOV because they weren't "popular" or something.

Next time someone gets nuked, I'll let them know to come over here to join your guys' party. Have fun.
