Is there a conspiracy by manboy to trash WOV? Is he that bent on making a laughing stock out of the new owners?

Manboy has suspended his good friend Michael Bluejay one week for a first offense insult. Bluejay was the real brains behind WOV. He's the one who made it profitable early on. He's the one who set it up, who secured the advertisers who served as a mod for his friend. Without him manboy would have crashed and burned long ago. Manboy, of course, took all the credit but most know better.

Yes, when you go to the site you will see that it was husband of the year who, once again, did manboy's bidding. Shades of 1BB? Manboy allowed EvenBob and Boz, two people sharing one IQ, to insult and bait Bluejay until he got the desired results. Then in typical gutless, spineless manboy fashion, husband of the year shows up and issues the suspension just like 1BB and others. He was only too happy to do that sicko's dirty work.

What's the matter? No crack whores for manboy to pose with? How about the flophouse night clerk/janitor? Is his alimony overdue? This latest suspension/stab in the back will temporarily soothe them until they need their next fix.

Mission146/husband of the year should be banned for writing the worst articles that ever appeared in print. They couldn't possibly get any worse.

who cares what your "access" is. THe posted count for member visits was 195. Compared with approx 285, 2 years ago.

So if there are 100 people that are invisible now, bringing the total up to 280.....then it means that 2 years ago the shown total of 285 was really 385. Still plenty of deserted customers is apparent

You are not adding anything relevant . Its all invisible nonsense and smoke and mirrors. You have nothing to counter the reality of the member visit totals listed daily. Absolutely nothing.

plus this thread is not about the well being of this site. Its about the dysfunction of wov.

so if you want to post about your perception of the traffic on this site...go right ahead.....ON ANOTHER THREAD. However no one here ever contended that the traffic here even approaches that of wov since its not a fair comparison based on the ages of the 2 sites. If that is your best cogent argument....its fails miserably.

 

what about the manboys good friend QFIT that was spared suspension for multiple breaking the truce posts.

I believe Bluejay, when the manboy was waiving a tin cup for charity...posted numbers of how profitable wov was at one point....if i remember correctly. That couldnt have been well received.

this is a friend of manboy, since manboy chose to nuke a valued contributer in exchange for a one note person who just posts on the whining thread. No trolling punishment, no "breaking of truce" punishment.
So they got rid of a contributer (kj) who actually was of value to the gambling side of the board....and repleace him with some dude that just talks about suspensions 36 posts in a row.

Isn't it great, Sandra? No one hovering over you waiting to twist your words into a suspension. No one crying to mommy that they were insulted. No one calling for the suspension of others because they don't agree. No one making outrageous claims that they can't back up.

Just an excellently run forum where no one needs to fear expressing themselves.....agree or disagree.

 

QFIT has personally hijacked that "discussion of suspension list" thread for 2 weeks. Over 30 posts, all whining about how he is misunderstood. While at the same time violating the "truce". 2 blatant excuses to suspend. Yet when you are a friend of the manboy....who needs enforced rules.

After manboy allowed QFIT to crap all over his site, for 2 weeks...using it as his personal sandbox....all manboy can do now is offer to let KJ back as long as he promises to be a good boy. But the manboy has exposed himself in the process to those who chose not to see the light in the past.

After the unequal treatment he received....and the disrespect he received by the manboy.....being treated like a poorly valued customer of the site......my guess is KJ will crawl back and wait for his next punishment like a good little boy....Just like EB did.

Some people will be treated like crap and respond with...."thank you sir,may I have another".

The manboy and his band of manlike creatures live for those type of people.

I took a look at this over the weekend. If invisible refers to members who visit the sight while hiding their online status and preventing their names from appearing on the members who have visited list, then it looks to me like they are counted.

 

Sorry about that. I must have accidentally posted before I was finished.

Saturday showed 177 visitors. I counted each name a minute before midnight and there were only 143 on the list.

On Sunday, 202 members visited the site. Once again, I counted them and came up with 161. I double checked both to be sure. They stay on the screen until refreshed. This enabled me to take my time without worrying about the clock running out and the list reverting to a new day before I could verify the count. That's about a 20 percent discrepancy. I cannot think of any other reason other than every member is counted regardless.

Consider all the spammers who are included as members. People with one post who will never post again. They count as much as a long time member and give a very false reading. There are also several banned members who regularly visit. They can't post but they can log on. Are they to be considered members. Technically it could be argued that they are but it is misleading and dishonest. Then again, look who we're dealing with.

Anyone can see the list at the bottom of the WOV homepage and count the names for themselves.

 

Quite wrong. There are many members who never log off. When the format change was implicated, this new format somehow doesn't count those individuals who hide their status. Mine being one of them. Much easier to read logged on then not. Also it ONLY counts members that log on. Not those that just "visit."

 

Old Buzz posted this past weekend under different names, gsiyhz was one of them. No one rushed to ban him. When gsiyhz and the others went red, they were not put on the suspension list. It was, once again, swept under the rug by his adoring mods.

I would never ask that you be derelict in your duties. But if you might be busy on other duties, that would give Zuga the opportunity to amend for the one blemish on his permanent record. Mendelson Rules for forum decorum states that until a suspension is posted, that member is in good standing. Yet PITA was posted along with my suspension.

Even if you disagree with the rules, I remind you that no other administrator has added an insult when suspending a member. Michael Shackleford, the previous owner, and Joshua Chan (current majority owner) have always been gentlemen, as has Zuga.

I can only assume the PITA was the exuberance of being the new Sherriff in town. I bear him no ill will for my suspension, or his refusal to accept my apology on LCB. All I ask is that he be given the opportunity to suspend me without insult. If Zuga is ever in Vegas, I would even buy him a 10 gallon hat as a gift.

Here's some background.

Buzz was one of several who thought their world would would come tumbling down because the site was sold. Acting like a spoiled child, he insulted Zuga and his staff relentlessly. He then turned his attention to a young female staff member after looking he up in the internet. He made several inappropriate, downright creepy comments. Zuga banned him, calling him a pain in the ass.

The 10 gallon hat comment refers Buzz's penchant for telling various members that he didn't like to go shit in their hat.

I'm trying to understand this. How do you account for the different numbers that I pointed out? The 20 percent discrepancy?

Also, your profile shows the date of your last visit. You can't hide it by being invisible. If that's the case, why wouldn't you be counted on the list whether invisible or not?

And its not always the same people.....so that 100 people a day (some of them different) have gone out of their way to make themselves invisible.

For what reason?......are they scared that TMZ will do a TV report about them. Do they think the secret service is taking notice.

we see time after time, people announce their unhappiness and leave the board, more than we have in the past.....and we see member visits decrease......whats the big mystery. Its so easy to see the people in charge act like mentally ill ,needy, socially backward imbeciles......and see the people announce they are leaving because of that......and we see the punishment and nukings causing forced evacuation........and we see the member visit list show decreased numbers.....and it all jives. Nothing surprising.

We SEE valued customers leaving before our eyes.....CUSTOMERS THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS SAY THAT THEY MISS........we see mentally ill behavior causing the exodus ....and we see decreased numbers listed......and its all a mirage?????

The suspension list thread is the most active thread...to the point that they had to break it off and start a new one.......saying that there are alot of unhappy customers..........and we are supposed to be surprised that member visits are down?

All the indicators point to the fact that member visits SHOULD be down. Considering all the customer complaints and the inconsistent unsociable behavior of the managing misfits, that have no incentive to keep people happy.

The manby has admitted that he suspends when he is in a "bad mood"......this is a horrible business practice and we should not be surprised if people leave because of this type of psycho behavior

Zuga puts people in charge that have no allegiance to him,and have no skin in the game to give them incentive to grow the business.

After the people in charge treat customers like crap repeatedly......we are supposed t believe that all the decreased numbers are all a program inadequacy . Yeah right......

After all the above, if numbers hsowed increases, I would not believe them. The numbers should be down, and are showing they are down. It all jives...it all makes sense.

Add that to the list why the board wouldnt be expected to show increases in member visits.

After publicly disrespecting his wife and kids with his valentines day declaration....and disrespecting his wife and kids by using half naked women as scenery to pose with, and after allowing thread on..favorite womans body part, ..what self respecting real woman would want to visit and support the site who chooses to continue to have him as the face of the franchise. Nuking Jucie Jenny for breaking a non existent rule is another disrespecting women behavior. So he allows her back much later.....such a "gentleman".
