I doubt Redeitz is planning on moving to the slum area just east of the northern strip, or Boulder highway area or North Las Vegas. He is probably looking at Summerlyn or the newer parts of Henderson or maybe southern highlands down around South Point or The M.

But all these areas make up the Metropolitan area of any major city and that is what is compared.

 

And now Chester a city in its own right a half hour south if Philadelphia is now part of Philadelphia by Rob's deranged logic.

My 8 years in Philly consisted of 1 year living in the suburbs and 7 living in the Rittenhouse square area of Center City. Look it up. One of the nicer, safest parts of the city.

LV is a city. Henderson is a city. Summerlin is a section of LV. Phoenix is a city. Glendale and Peoria are cities. YOU reside in LV---a shithole of a city. When I'm here, I do not reside in Phoenix. Where I am is like Summerlin. Where you are is like Philly. Using "metropolitan areas" is something the queers on CNN would do to disguise the truth.

I'm 30 minutes from Phoenix. There's nothing safe in Philadelphia. You might want to pretend there is because that's what your online life is made of. But since you lie about yourself every day the story tells itself.

 

What's funny is that Rob just listed several different locations in different states of where he lives.

For those that may not know, Rob is the equivalent of homeless, bouncing around his kids homes, mooching off them.

And you don't have to take my word for it. Rob is publicly known. Look him up. You will find bancrupcies, evictions and judgements against him, but no record of property owner. Very strange for a man claiming all these different million dollar casino wins.

 

At one time at VCT, Rob posted a video tour of what he called "his" house. It was actually his daughters house registered to his daughter and son in law.

I personally don't find anything wrong with Singer living in an RV. Younger people are doing it all the time now. Many Youtube channels are devoted to living in vehicles.

On the plus side, not owning a home means no nasty taxes to pay. After being behind, I finally caught up last year, but now I'm told I'm behind again. Singer doesn't have those issues. Plus, as the song says, no pets. No cigarettes. Probably a healthy way to live -- no pet dander and no bad habits. You don't want a DUI every other day.

A big garage for cars and car repair

A listening room for one of my high end stereos.

A living room for our home theater.

A pond / waterfall feature for soothing sounds.

Our property near town yet surrounded by trees: beautiful.

A full size kitchen and dining area for comfortable meal prep and enjoyment...and the list goes on.

Some folks like downsizing and living in tight quarters: not me.

My son is in the RV business and he says a lot of folks who got priced out of the apartment market bought small shitty RV's to live in.

One step away from being homeless, I say, but to each his own.

 

Red, I alternate between our 2 homes in Az. and our home in SD. Where do you get the idea we live in an RV? We do spend many nights a year in hotels because we travel so much by car. The camper is only for when we stay near Lake Tahoe because that's where it's stored.
