I agree: there is absolutely nothing but absurdity within these forums over the past 10 years or so. I participate mainly for entertainment as I've often said. I can't and don't/don't ever want to act like this at home, so I wait for the forum opportunity when a character as depraved, deprived, weak, disgusting and totally meaningless as kew comes along, and I whip him to a pulp.

Why pick on kew? Everybody knows. The more you explain your success, the more he lies. It's like an on-demand thing. I despise these "entitled" people from his lazy generation that always think everything has to be about them. And if they don't get their way? Well, you've seen what a mess kew is, because he rarely if ever gets his way. He just keeps asking for it, and I'm certainly not the only one giving it to him.

Red, although on the weird side, bothers others with his shortsighted arrogance more than me. I don't understand why someone who claims to be a commercial success would want or need to try and push his brand onto a bunch of marmadukes. I guess he says it's to make his work better well-known or something. But now that we see he can't even afford to pay a $500+ tax bill, has it been worth it?

It's really pathetic to see certain people needing to live their real lives on forums. Surely everybody understands why kew has to do it, and why he concocts on such a high level. But can he really be blamed for falling into this nonsensical existence? He's not anywhere near as normal as the rest of us, nothing in his life suggests success, and really, what does he have to look forward to? Without hope, a man is not a man. And he's the poster boy for that one.

I'm actually embarrassed for having anything to do with forums OF ANY KIND, especially in the past 13 years or so. Most people's lives aren't enhanced by using or even reading them, and they're not a great way to pass the time when you think about it. That's why I mock kew for trying to act like gaming forums are like "clubs for AP's to share this and explain that" blah blah blah. He's actually stupid enuf to believe that baloney! But he needs it to be real, because it's the only life he has. Society's failures have produced losers like him, and they have no way out. A social trap.

I see situations like that as pathetic. What we need are more mdawgs. It's far more entertaining reading about exploitations of winning and living the high life in LV--and seeing all those great pictures--than watching all the foolish drama queen stuff as presented by every forum's #1 joker. Even if some things dawg says are embellished, he's far more enjoyable a read than the diarrhea we repeatedly get from kew.

And now you may get back to everyday life.

Ok some people think you , dog etc are full of crap.

I note their opinion of disbelief. Now move on.

If you don’t like, believe etc say your piece and move on , there are others that just don’t want to read their rhetoric over and over again.

If you resent winners that much , stay out of the casinoverse, stay out of forums and move on.

 

The best video poker book ever written is Bob Dancer's "Million Dollar Video Poker", and I told him and everyone else so in my "Undeniable Truth" Gaming Today columns.

Why was it? Because it was almost all about his casino and playing experiences--complete with pictures! Gamblers like that kind of thing; it's entertaining.

Of course, kew is jealous when ANYBODY talks about winning big. That's because losing players ABSOLUTELY HATE winners. Winning players love reading about other winners, regardless of how they say they do it or whether it's to be believed or not

Along those lines, the little fool is still whining about me on VCT. It's gonna take hypnosis to get me out of his mind. Now his whine is about my having had a lucrative working career--and now, retirement--isn't a concern of his, but my gambling career afterwards is.

Naturally that's just another lie. Kew reacts to winners by lying about everything surrounding their personal lives.

We've very recently witnessed redietz' meltdown in trying to downplay the math involved in sports betting, and we've seen how he really can't be successful at anything other than free-entry tournaments and contests that pay nothing. And that's evident from his delinquent tax bill.

Kew, OTOH, continues to groan over the fact that I won about $375k over 4 years of playing my Play Strategy, because "the games I played were mostly 99.5% instead of 100.5%". What an idiot. It's very mathematically possible to win as I have playing slightly-EV games in the short time I played it and within 5-6 royal cycles. It's not the 1% EV difference that drives these results; it's the overall volatile strategy that stalls the slightly negative expected outcome, that allows for the wins.

Next up he whines continually about "Singer stole the DU bug story" or something similarly stupid. I was simply playing it on the slide for 5-1/2 years. And neither I, kew, nor anyone else knows if there was anyone else playing it at the time, although that's very highly unlikely.

But he doesn't want to believe it, which is irrelevant. The part of his rant that gives his delusion away is in how he continues to rail against mickeycrimm for stating that, based on the evidence, it's "probable" that it did occur.

Mickey was around for all of my time playing the bug. He read about my almost weekly (and almost unbelievable) big jackpots for 5-1/2 years in Gaming Today, and he was around when I abruptly quit my professional video poker career halfway through 2009 when Kane & Nestor got caught. He understands, like others who have remained silent, that I've presented factual information about the play that have never been published, and that kew, in all his inimitable glory, has tried and tried and tried to find SOMETHING to explain all that away, but never has.

And have I been winning ever since then? Well, the only way that could really be possible is if I were lucky enuf to hit some large jackpots, because the way I've played since 2009 isn't very impressive. But I HAVE hit 3 lucky, unexpected large jackpots, and they had nothing to do with overcoming the math.

I don't play above quarters or dollars anymore because I'll never come close to realizing the thrill I had hitting that big UX winner. I'll throw away a few hundred or maybe a thousand here and there while entertaining myself nowadays.

I consider that a well-earned past time.

 

The only taxes I owe are 2022 real estate, and I never pay them until they're about to get tagged with real late fees, which means I'll pay them in October or November of 2023. That's the routine.

Oh, I did get some miscellaneous income form from XPressbet for 2022 "fantasy winnings." Not the sports book, the fantasy part of the site. Not sure I have to pay that or not, but it's just a few bucks. I'll figure that one out next month.

You should do better research, Rob. Get up to date, like I do.

Yeah, everybody pays taxes late so they can also pay interest and late fees. Check the documents again instead of presenting bullshit stories. I pay taxes and insurance on several houses, and I'm never late. Anyone who pays late does so for one reason: THEY DONT HAVE THE MONEY WHEN IT COMES DUE.

You know, the sad thing is that mickey had full access to every estimate of the property's worth and all that, ignored them, and went with some tax valuation fraction, and got that wrong, too.

You have four or five data points, ranging from maybe 165K to 240K, all accessible to google, but instead of using any of them, mickey just made something up. That's Mickey "The Truth" Crimm for you.

Kinda makes you wonder about all his spewing for years about how much he makes doing what. You know, he wins at machines and poker and sports, and probably takes his martinis shaken, not stirred. When you go out of your way to lie while making a case for something trivial, how much have you lied when it comes to your self-presentation?

You're right. I accidentally used the property tax formula for Washington County, not Johnson City. So we'll do it again using Johnson City's formula:

120,000 X .25 = 30,000
30,000 X .01 = 300
300 X 1.71 = $513

So your house is worth a little under 120K.

Good timber is about 2K an acre. Not much timber on a .33 acre lot with a house on it.

And it looks like you can't afford a lawn mower either, much less any kind of landscaping. Hillbilly Acres.

Nothing wrong with your home redietz, it looks perfectly acceptable; fact is, it is probably better than what most Americans have, so kudos.

That's a 1990. It was my late wife's car, so I hung onto it. It has just 100K on it, so why not? During the December zero-degree spell, I ran an electric blanket out to it and turned it into a feral cat shelter
