Maybe after a few facts are cleared up. Let's see....kew first claimed a SP employee broke his arm. Then he said that wasn't important--being escorted to another room and taking a scolding was. Now it's "Hey--I was injured and needed medical attention--I'll teach them to put their hands on me! even though I really absolutely LOVE it when some ferocious brute handles me".

So kew runs off to Nersesian who recommends suing after somehow immediately being sent the video by the casino JUST TO HELP HIM SUE! But in his infinite wisdom, kew chooses not to sue. Instead, he'd rather be showered with attention while keepng his supposed mythical anonymity intact.

HOWEVER....after consulting with a handful of unknown forum marmadukes, he suddenly runs back into Mr. 33%'s office with a change of heart!

What's he do now? Well of course--he stupidly announces he's going on vacation for a month--broken arm and all. Here he is, claiming his injury will hinder him from being able to apply his claimed craft of counting cards--thereby costing him his livelihood--so he rushes to post how he's going to play at various casinos while traveling! And in the meantime, he leaves the big shot LV attorney with his dick in his hand during the most formative days of a lawsuit filing. Positively BRILLIANT!

Concurrently, we have the nervous poodle trying to "prove" he was actually stupid enuf to go on a trip during the meat of his lawsuit, by putting up some cockeyed picture of a casino that's supposed to be located in Shitbox, Pa. But what it really did was move the suspicion needle more into the BS zone, since ANYONE TRYING TO PROVE WHERE THEY SUPPOSEDLY ARE WOULD MAKE IT 100% CLEAR, OF WHICH THERE ARE MANY WAYS OF DOING SO.

Why would Hollywood go for stuff like this? Because there's no way you could make anything funnier up! Kew, as usual, is constantly seeking attention, relevance and approval. The only problem is, he is SO dumb that he can never get any of it right. The attention comes in droves...but it's no different than that which he received after faking his own death, supposedly while trying to outsmart someone on the internet! If the administrators here want to, I give 100% permission to them to reveal my general location (state, area) to appease these knuckleheads. I would prefer not a specific address of friends that we are spending the weekend with though.

 

There is another good reason for KJ to take an extended trip now.

He is concerned about keeping his anonymity intact as long as practical, and given the likelihood that some LV casino suits may monitor gambling forums such as this and VCT some may "be on the lookout" for a BJ player with a broken arm in a cast or a sling.

Staying out of LV while wearing a cast or sling would be preventative medicine.

I read that while eating at Tony Luke's (cheesesteak) AT A PENNSYLVANIA CASINO and immediately stepped outside and snapped a picture. But somehow that wasn't good enough for these clowns.

As for my arm, you are correct MrV. Almost immediately I regretted mentioning that my arm is in a cast as that in itself could be identifying. I think Dan Druff has confirmed that casino personnel lurks and reads his forum.

Almost time to get it off thought. They said 6-8 weeks and tomorrow will be 5 weeks. I will be back in LV at just about the 8 week mark, so unless I get fed up before that and cut it off myself, I guess it will wait until then.

But the photo is not time-stamped, so there's no telling when it was taken.

That cockeyed photo you posted proves nothing about your location, not when it was taken, or that you took it.

Post a photo of your receipt from Tony Lukes, that will establish a time, date and location.

If you've changed locations, then a photo of any time-stamped location-specific receipt might work.

A receipt would be easier than jumping up and running outside, just snap the photo right at your table.

It doesn't have to be for yesterday's sandwich, a receipt for anything with today's date will work.

Stand in front of the casino with it's name clearly in view. Hold a sign in front of your face with the words..."I am KewlJ and I love Gambling Forums!" Have someone take the pic. No good? Then hold up a Nevada driver's license with the name blacked out. No? How about holding up today's newspaper with "I am KewlJ...hear me roar" emblazoned across the front? If I recall...didn't the WoV cult do something like that to Nathan? Not a peep out of them after Nathan called their bluff.

In this day and age there is no reason for poor quality photos...unless by design.
