I will field this on MrV. Or course you can as well if you so desire.

MDawg are you out of your mind? This is a freaking legal action against a casino, it is not some silly internet forum challenge that you frequently engage in.

I have no idea where you came up with the idea that "I don't care about my anonymity anymore". THAT is complete BS and nonsense. What I said was I was willing to forfeit some of that if this case got to trial. If that is what it takes I will do so. We will see if it goes that long.

I am pretty sure you are looking in the wrong place along with some other factors. I haven't found where this case is posted either, but I am not a lawyer nor really looked. But I can guarantee the last thing I am going to do is supply a case number or point anyone to the correct place to look, if I find it. Just the filing information is information I don't want made public.

Seriously dude, the more you talk, the more I wonder if you even are a real attorney. And if you are, you don't seem to have a very good understanding of how things work, at least with this kind of case. Either that or you have just crossed over into some bizzarro world.

Mdawg YOU are the reason that there are so few real AP's that share anything anymore. People like you, with an agenda are a bigger threat to us than the casinos themselves.

There is no lawsuit so don't worry, your anonymity, which you said you no longer care about, is not at stake anyway. ;)

UNKewlJ on how his anonymity is no longer an issue: the anonymity that I was hoping to protect, really is all but gone.

UnKewlJ on giving up anonymity: I am going to do my part in making sure that is upheld. Even if it cost me some anonymity.

UNKewlJ draws the line on anonymity: I have decided that I don't even care if it costs me some anonymity.
    etc. etc.
But what's hilarious is how you have your hypocritical determinations that your anonymity is (or rather, was) worth protecting but the anonymity of others is not. It's nonsense like that that makes people laugh and get a rising joy in their guttiwuts at the possibility that your brittle bones were broken, even though, let's face it, nothing like that ever happened, did it. Your brittle bones are as intact as ever.

Anyway, you're a waste of time at this point. It is sometimes funny laughing at you and making you jump through hysterical hoops defending yourself, but the draw of poking the fat boy in class only lasts so long. Toodle-oo, liar! Will be back at a later time.

This is a gambling forum. If either MDawg or Singer actually thought there was no case, they would have offered wagers regarding the existence of the case.

Instead you get oblique commentary dancing around the fact that neither is willing to risk a dime. That tells you what you need to know.

Reading between the lines of posts can be relatively easy. Obviously MDawg and Singer have followed the back-and-forth (I have not), but neither is pushing to put up cash. Those are tells.

And still no wagering offer from "Rob Singer." Draw your own conclusions.

Neither is tewlj, and since he's the only one here who knows the truth, it's a sure thing for him.

    What does that tell you?

Do you think that tewlj would, or should, consider the exercise that the ditz is referring to here?...

If tewlj is telling the truth, then what does he have to lose?

The short one word answer is EVERYTHING.

Coach belly, I have never really figured out exactly what your deal is/was? You seem to have some gambling knowledge so I always wondered were you some sort of disgruntled AP or ex-AP? or are you just another of these angry bitter gamblers that now seem to populate these forums?

But if you really can't figure out just what a real player, especially one who plays for a living has to lose by being outed and doxed, then you are just a complete idiot. Whatever your agenda and gambling background is, doesn't matter. If you can't figure this out, you are stupid.

These financial bets, wagers, challenges..whatever you want to call them, never come about. They are a something trolls do. Thats all. Doesn't matter how sure a thing it is, if you are never going to get paid because you are dealing with a troll. All that can possible happen is a real player loses some anonymity, which costs money.

It is Memorial day and I am grateful to all those who served this country, even in wars that I and they may not have agreed with. I pray for the souls of those who have passed and for the healing of those left scarred, physically and mentally.

That said, do you remember where we were on these forums last Memorial Day? Rob Singer was in the midst of his 1.5 million dollar jackpot bullshit. He was challenging to meet MaxPen at South Point the day after Memorial Day, which Singer didn't show at the time agreed upon. He did have some bullshit story about showing up and leaving some 2 hours before the agree meeting time, but IP data shows he was never even in Las Vegas on that day.

As part of this very typical trollish bullshit, Singer agree to a wager and over the Memorial Day weekend told everyone he had escrowed money with well known attorney Bob Nersesian, which of course come Tuesday morning was proven he did not.

Any of this ring a bell coach belly? This is exactly how every one of these trollish challenges. bets/wagers plays out. It is all troll bullshit. But for any AP that is stupid enough to go along, there can be financial consequences. So THAT is the answer to your "what does he have to lose".

I have paid a high price for continuing to even interact with you trolls. The doxing by Mdawg, about the lowest thing he could do, costs me a good deal of money over the past 2+ years. Including this case that I am now going through. There is no doubt in my mind that this is an result of that same doxing. And if this case ends with either some sort of settlement, or me winning a judgement in court, it will not be a win for me. Any amount will be far less that what I would have earned going forward. THAT is the price I will have paid for being stupid enough to interact with trolls and haters. THAT will be coming to an end.

The ditz raised the topic of a wager over this lawsuit claim, but your hissy fit above makes it's clear that you're not interested in proving that what you've claimed is truthful.

I'm sure that comes as no surprise to anyone.

It's likely that MDawg or Singer didn't offer a wager because they knew that you would not accept.

So is their failure to make an offer a "tell", or is your preemptive adamant rebuke to any wager in this matter a tell?

If doxing is what you fear, and you claim to have already been doxed by MDawg, then what further damage are you risking by a wager about the lawsuit with MDawg?

And, how does my examination of the ditz's instigating posts suggest that I'm disgruntled, angry or bitter?

That is correct. I am NOT interested nor willing to prove anything to you trolls. Why would I be? How is that beneficial to me?

I am not really interested nor willing to prove anything to even fellow AP's that I respect either. That is not what forum are about. This is not a court of law, it is an internet gambling forum. It is no surprise that no real AP has ever asked me for proof of anything. I have never seen a real AP or player ask for proof from anyone, except for when someone like Axelwolf (not to pick on him) decides to play along with the trolls, which we all do at times,

Now it just so happens in this particular case, Many or Most AP's know all about this incident and even details of the case that have not been made public, so it isn't even necessary for me to prove anything to those that matter. And I am not thrilled about that, but it is what it is. I have always talked about the "AP community" and those that aren't AP's mock me for it. But there is a community and networking and talking by members of that community and word travels fast. Pretty hard to keep anything a secret, including different plays that pop up, but for sure something like this almost instantaneously becomes known about.

    I agree.

My understanding is that if you do file a lawsuit, then the action becomes public record and relevant information becomes accessible to anyone.

If your lawsuit claim is truthful, then you should expect the information within the court documents to be distributed to anyone who is interested in the matter.

So, if what you are claiming is true, then you would benefit by accepting a wager.

Otherwise, you miss an opportunity for a guaranteed winning bet.

Had you not made members of VCT & GF aware of this, then certain interested parties would have no reason to search public records for certain information.

By continuously blabbing about it on the forums, you may have effectively doxed yourself.

Some of what you say is true. I'll get to that in a minute. First, just stop with this wager bullshit. Any talk of wagers on these forums is troll games being played. No real wager ever happens and no one ever collects. And anyone that says it is a sure thing if it really happened, doesn't understand what a sure thing is. There are freaking online casinos that offer bonuses that look unbelievable....500%, 1000% your deposit. THAT would be a sure thing except you will never get paid upon trying to cash out. That is essentially what this crap is.

I did not even mention this incident for more than 2 weeks after it happened. I contacted an attorney, had the demand to save tapes made and was considering my options, basically if it was worth it to me to pursue anything. I ONLY mentioned this because I had decided NOT to pursue anything. And since chatter about this event was circulating, even some seemed to know that it was me, I wanted to share the accurate version, because there were some very inaccurate things being said. Again, I only did this because I had at that point decided NOT to pursue action.

Now the fact that I changed my mind, did become somewhat problematic for me and that was absolutely my doing. If my initial decision would have been to take legal action, I wouldn't have said anything.

And yes, court cases and filing are public information. But it is not quite as easy as you think. You pretty much have to go searching for the information and know where to look and have the correct information about the case. I spent a few minutes looking and didn't find it. I also spent a few minutes looking on the NGC for some information about that other case and didn't find that. The link I posted was a news story of the incident and fine. I was looking for the actual NGC documentation. It is there somewhere, just as filing of my case is there somewhere, but it is not as easy as the troublemaker claims, which is good for me. I am certainly not going to help anybody find this information. Even for a sure thing wager that I will never see a dollar of.

KJ, I'll throw this one out there purely for shits and giggles; if you choose to follow up on it, bully for you.

Talk to your attorney about any legal options available to you based on the doxing.

You may well have a good tort claim against "whomever" the low down ass hole is that doxed you.

As for legal theories: Intentional interference with an Economic Expectancy would apply, and / or the Tort of Outrage might as well.

Run this by your man; be aware of any applicable statute of limitations, as they're a pitfall for the unwary.

But wouldn't you feel like the cat that got the cream to hammer the troll in court?

And the suspected target defendant claims to be rich.

Of course you'd need to prove the identity of the doxer; locate the post where you were doxed (use wayback if needed to find and reconstruct it), verify who posted it, and if it was "You Know Who" you know where he can be found to be served with a summons and complaint.

If the doxer was not him, the attorney can, via subpoena, get necessary identifying info to establish who the doxer was.

I imagine such an action would be the talk of these forums, eh?

Good luck KJ if you decide to accept this mission; note this tape will self-destruct in five seconds...

Sounds like a real long shot MrV. One of those long shot cases that the only person really going to make any money is an attorney.

Less of a long shot would be filing a complaint with the bar Association. No money involved but maybe some satisfaction.

This was an interesting read MrV.

Just imagine Mr high and mighty, who thinks he is better than everyone else, having to plant his big fat ass on the stainless steel commode in county lockup for a few months. ;)

Even more appealing might be a civil suit in which he is served papers right there at his own law office. I wonder how the Partners would feel about that? o_O

And I wonder how the California bar would feel about either circumstance? o_O
