MrV, I suspect it is no accident that the blog you linked to is a firm that seems to know about this kind of case AND practices in the San Diego Area.

3 points for that shot MrV. ;)

Looks like Dumb and Dumber have been at it all day long.

FIRST, we have MrV at VCT talking about how fraternity/sorority houses should be allowed to discriminate on the basis of race:

    It's housing, not school.

Heck, if I rent a private residence I am free to allow and disallow whomever I wish from entering; these guys should have the same privilege; after all, it's their home.

The guy must have flunked Constitutional Law. Certainly he doesn’t get the concept of the dormant commerce clause. He’s proof that most attorneys know ONE THING, whatever it was that they practiced and not much else. But so far, I haven’t seen him exhibit much knowledge about even one specific area of law though, and he’s never offered any advice that would exhibit any great legal thinking either.

To this credit, he’s not shy about saying that he’s not sure, when he’s not sure.

BUT…here’s an occasion when he should have kept his mouth shut (they would have thought he was a horse and let him through),

    Scarface_BusHorseSanitation.jpg

when he suggested that UNKewlJ sue whoever doxxed him for “Intentional interference with an Economic Expectancy” – never mind that the only person who claims to have seen this alleged doxxing post is UNKewlJ (similar to how he’s the only person who claims to have seen his alleged lawsuit against South Point) – well, first of all to even begin to make a claim for such a thing the person who “interfered” must have “knowledge of the expectancy” and given that I don’t believe that UNKewlJ is any kind of blackjack player and I believe more in what SeedValue has said about what UNKewlJ does to make ends meet, so, right there, THAT proposed cause of action falls flat.

Oh but wait, Dumb (or is it Dumber) opines that a claim could also be made for “the Tort of Outrage” – I guess he is talking about Intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED), but to prove that UNKewlJ suffered some kind of extreme emotional distress we’d have to first discount the fact that the guy is ALWAYS twitching like a nervous poodle, barking at a glass of water, falling apart at the brittle bones, all of the emotional extremes that everyone here has pointed out time and again are exhibited by this emotional misfit as he loses it over matters as simple as that no one believes that he’s who he says he is, in other words that UNKewlJ is never in a state OTHER THAN one of extreme emotional distress, so to try to claim that anything external could have gotten him more agitated than he always is, would be...nearly impossible.

As RobSinger has already pointed out, Smart money says you cry yourself to sleep every night, which is as much to say as the guy is never in a state OTHER THAN one of extreme emotional distress.

In any case, if UNKewlJ would like to file and serve this lawsuit against the person he thinks is MDawg, I’ll make the potential pot one sweeter – upon filing and serving this lawsuit I will give UNKewlJ the sum of $500. a sum modest enough that he should have no doubt I could and would come up with. How about it UNKewlJ? I’m willing to deposit the five hunny with the Wizard anytime you say, for transfer to you as soon as you file and serve this lawsuit you seem aching to proceed with based on the *cough* good advice of your friend that you trust so much that you were willing to give him the case number for your fictional lawsuit against South Point (except that you don’t trust him, and didn’t give him any case number).

Wait---how many times has kew claimed on both forums that MDawg really did not dox him because he got the name wrong? Now he flip-flops on this? V, I'm sure a straight shooter like yourself took that into consideration prior to offering him some of that libtard pothead advice?

And kew, how many times are you gonna keep embarrassing yourself by saying "This time I'm done with these haters for good!"?

You KNOW I control you with puppet strings and you KNOW you are so lacking in willpower that you melt like cheap butter when it comes to people talking about your weaknesses, failures, inabilities, and most of all--your LIES. And in case you don't have the power of deduction, these incompetencies feed nicely into the reason why you could never be a successful BJ player.

Notice how fast redietz went silent when he saw that kew was too chicken to get involved in any wager....a wager that NOBODY WHO WAS TELLING THE TRUTH WOULD EVER BRUSH OFF.

You written your own epitaph kew, and it ain't gonna be pretty.

Where did I say or indicate I would be filing suit against you? Absolutely nowhere.

What I said was it would be funny to have you be served right in your office.

All I really ask if for people to be decent human beings. You can not like someone. You can challenge their claims. Just don't be a total fucking asshole. If you are a total fucking asshole, of the kind to try to harm people on a forum, that is a failure of your parents to teach you to be a decent human being. It is not my place to remedy that.

Answer: Absolutely never. I challenge you to post where I said that.

I have said that there is a piece of information in that doxxing that is incorrect and showed up in the database information. That serves as a 'marker' to show where that information came from. But that piece of information is not my name.

The reason kew started this charade is because he has never been able to get others (except dumber and dumbest...redietz) to believe his bs about you and about me. He is SOOOOO frustrated that he felt he had to go all-in, except he's not very good at anything. As his house of cards continues to fall apart, look for: whining to administrators (check), vowing not to deal with his "haters" anymore (check), threats to sue one or more of his haters...any of which could BURY him with money (check), and summoning the help of useless advisors like MrV via private messaging to help strategize how not to get so humiliated (check).

    CHECK! :)

Of course kew, except that denial is the second worst trait of a liar. Just like how those MGM execs decided to drop off copies of Mdawg's personal & financial info at your place.

You're a serial liar and you've been caught so many times it makes your "supporters" uneasy thinking about it

Rob, I don't even know what you just said and I am not going to bother reading it again. It is jibberish...like the written version of Charlie Brown's teacher.

Here is the difference between both you and Mdawg and myself. Both of you guys take issue that I dared say you claims can't be. So you attack me, trying to discredit me. Here is the news flash: Even if you could some how succeed at discrediting me, that in no way makes your claims more credible. Your claims need to be credible or found credible on their own merit. And you both have failed miserably at that.

Let's take the recent developments with Redietz. there has been an effort to discredit redietz. I don't think it has been successful. I think it has shown a bit of an old school mentality and highlighted the different way redietz has gone about being a successful sports better vs the way some AP types are going about it today. But I see nothing that discredits him. But lets just say there was something that every person said man that proves he didn't do what he claimed. Again that hasn't happened but lets just say it had. That discrediting of redietz would do nothing to make the claims of Rob Singer or Mdawg any more credible. Absolutely NOTHING.

And the fact also is that I am not the first or only one to go public not believing your claims (both of you) that defy math and the way casinos work. With Mdawg it was 20 some members of WoV that went on record saying so. He started an attack thread on another forum for most of them. Singer has been at this decades. There are hundreds, probably even a thousand people that have gone on record saying they didn't believe him. And these people I speak of are all real players. Maybe not all professionally, but they are people and players that understand the math and how the casinos and industry works.

So you see, you can continue to hate me, continue to attack me with lies and things made up that aren't even about gambling. But it just does nothing to make your claims any more believable. Not a damn thing!

Let's take this attempted discrediting of me a step further. Mdawg and the late Kvin Keen (moses/tater) publicly stated they looked into who I am and where I live. Kevin (moses) showed up where I live. Mdawg publicly stated on this very form that he had hired a P.I. and a short time later doxxed me on another forum. Even though we all are quite sure Singer is lying about his FBI/CIA sources (which if there were such people they would be breaking the law and jeopardizing their careers doing what Singer says), I suspect Singer tried to find out what he could. Probably even spoke to one or both Kevin Keen and/or Mdawg.

So these guys have been able to find out where I live. And guess what? I live exactly where I described....a higher end high-rise condo a block off the strip. And I don't live there because I work at smashburger or am a male prostitute, or any other garbage. You guys even repeating that kind of garbage...that everyone knows is Bullshit, again only makes YOU less credible.

What about coach belly. The "gottch ya guy". he looked up tax records for from a town or county for a guy he wanted to "get". Is there anybody that thinks he didn't try everything he could to find something on me? To his credit....not a peep, because he couldn't find the dirt he was seeking. If he was really honest he would have said "I looked but didn't come up with anything disqualifying". But I don't think anybody has ever accused coach belly of being really honest. o_O

My point is that even if you haters could or had come up with something to discredit me, which you have not in all these years...it just in no way makes your ridiculous claims more credible or believable.

But you do what you gotta do.

The Dawg may be right about the housing thing, my response was knee-jerk, as I've been distracted of late.

Last week while gambling at Chinook Winds my '82 Volvo 244 Turbo developed serious issues which I've been addressing.

I just removed the engine and manual transmission in my garage; I had to do that to both diagnose and then repair the problem.

Turns out the clutch fork is tits up, bent / cracked: weird as I put a complete new clutch kit in three years ago.

While the engine is out I'll replace all seals and gaskets as well as other bits: it is satisfying and fun to do this, but it takes time and I get greasy.

Good thing I had one of those big sinks / tubs plumbed in and installed in the garage, I use it a lot.

You must have a really good jack then (among other tools) if you own an older Volvo. Or Alfa Romeo would be the other car that turns its driver into a decent mechanic.

Have you ever seen the garage of an older blue blood home? It might have a pit in one bay of the garage with wooden planks over it, for doing work under the car, by in house staff, such as say the chaffeur who doubled as a mechanic. Actually pretty useful for anyone who knows how to work on cars, and eliminates the need to jack it up for every maintenance or repair.

Where? Where have you verified this? I challenge you to right now post this information, because this is complete bullshit.

The administrator here says I should "challenge you people to prove these untrue statements", so I am going to start doing exactly that to each and every one. I don't expect it will make a difference. But maybe it will some how show the Admin that you can't back up any of these nonsensical accusation.

I think anyone making a statement that the other party challenges should have to prove that statement or at the very least it should be taken down and after this occurs several times there should be some sort of disclaimer that the person has made numerous statement that he couldn't prove.

And this is very different that requesting proof of a claim, which I have never done. This is more along the lines of the right to face and challenge your accuser and untrue statements about you. What do you think Admin?

    True 'dat.

Collapsible engine puller / cherry picker; collapsible engine stand; industrial quality air compressor and of course myriad specialized and commonly used hand and power tools.

Ah, it helps to have a big garage, both to park and work on cars and to store tools and parts.

I sure hated trying to work on cars back in the daay without owning a garage to work in.

Funny you mention Alfa, an Italian car: In 2010 I bought a '95 Ferrari with the intention of maintaining it myself.

It soon became clear that I was a bit over my head so I had to have specialists take over.

Bah, got rid of it; I still like Italian cars though, a Maserati granturismo has caught my eye...

Ferrari, I wouldn't try myself. Alfa Romeo, I have myself.

I also changed the rotors and brake pads on a newer Volvo myself, not because I had to, just wanted to, which is when I got the good jack. I didn't have the electronic VIDA tool to handle the resetting of the electronic parking brake, but I used a piston compressor on the caliper and it got the job done.

If UNKewlJ wants all his info verified, just go back to this thread
    https://www.gamblingforums.com/thre...-post-his-full-name-and-address-online.25554/
and give us the A-Okay to post his name, address, everything. We already tried this and predictably, he danced around the topic and then actually reported us to Admin for posting what he challenged us to post!

THIS time, let's make no mistake about it!
