When my partner was alive, his social security came on the 3rd of the month, because he was on it before the time that they changed it to 2nd, 3rd and 4th wednesday (depending on your SS#).

So if the third fell on a Saturday or Sunday, he would receive it on Friday, just like you stated. But if the third fell on a Monday he would receive his money early on a Saturday morning (1-2am). I handed all his finances and the first time this occurred I was like, "why is it coming on a Saturday since Monday is a regular business day?" I never really got an answer for that, although I didn't seek one that hard either. It was fine that it came 1am Saturday instead of 1am Monday. Over the years we were together, that probably occurred 2 dozen times, when the 3rd fell on a Monday and his SS came in at 1am on Saturday. Come on Rob, isn't their some top-secret person you know and can check with at SS? You will find out I am right.

Additionally, I have arranged high ATM withdraws with my bank, including the account we are speaking of. $3000 daily limit so I can replenish my BR on the fly if I need to. Well guess what? If I withdraw $3000 on Friday, I can with draw $3000 more on Saturday. But if I withdraw $3000 on Saturday or Sunday, I cannot withdrawal more until Tuesday. Not Monday, but Tuesday. This banks updates at 1am-2am following each business day. That would be Tuesday thru Saturday and accounts updated very early in the morning Tuesday thru Saturday, NOT Monday through Friday.

Now I don't know if every bank works that way, but this one does and that is where the money was sent Friday, and I really have no idea what time, but it cleared and was posted very early Saturday Morning. Just as the account is updated every Tuesday through Saturday between 1am and 2am.

All those points are things he can't explain in any form of common sense. Why? Because it's all made-up.

But I called this the moment I read his opening statement. After a litany of flub-ups, he'll say there's a secret settlement and how he can't release any details....except that he forgot these cases are all publicly available. And of course, he sprinkles in stuff like "it's there if you know how to find it" and "I really want to thank my attorney, who did a wonderful job throughout the process"....as if we're all as stupid as he is.

My guess is he's run out of sweat, and has to constantly hydrate just to breathe properly.

 

Speaking of which....how is that "mid 7 figure mansion" you claimed to have bought in Las Vegas?

 

The cases are publicly available (if you know where to look), but the settlement terms may or may not be (usually aren't I suspect). But I will let a competent Attorney like MrV answer that.

Anybody that really won the amount that you two claim, wouldn't give a rats ass about a mid-level player and this kind of money. They just wouldn't. It pretty much exposes you both that your claims are not real....as if anyone with half a brain didn't already know that.

You don't even have to read anything he wrote to know that he's just trying to defend something he made up, versus simply looking to see when an actual ACH landed, which would have had to be on Friday.

All he has to do is post a redacted screen shot of his bank account. But then, that would fall into the arena of facts and PROOF, and there are none to support this fictional incident.

I worked for the Federal Government for 10 years mid 70's-mid 80's. Paydays were twice monthly. Never were deposits received on a Sat. or Sun. morning if Sat. and/or Sun. was one of or both of the 2 paydays. They always arrived during the early morning on Fri. I remember this because I used to look forward to my wife getting my funds a day or two early since I was always overseas.

 

Not that it is any of your business but my partner was involved in a very bad accident at work when he was 30 and was on social security disability the rest of his life. He had I think 7, but could be wrong surgeries on his back and was in a good deal of pain and discomfort. Go ahead, mock that too, because that is the kind of low life you are.

Now this weekend happens to be one of those Monday on the 3rd situations. July 3rd is Monday which is NOT a holiday, so those SS recipients' that receive their checks on the 3rd, will receive it early Saturday Morning.
