Sorry Nate, I never bad mouthed this forum, nor the Wizards. I have issues with both but no one really cares. I have said many times Larry makes some good points for debate but he has repeated them so many times he just comes off as bitter. But it's his right to keep putting them out there if it makes him feel better. Freddy is different, he won't even admit he was banned but it's obvious. Combined they make it interesting, and the winners may be the owners of this forum because it has brought traffic here.

Wonderful. My question is... why do you care if WOV retains it customers? Why do you care what goes on there? If they don't treat their customers right then the customers will leave, just like you have pointed out, why does this concern you anymore? How about we ask Larry this: Who made YOU in charge of what Mike & co can do on their forum?

Next time he disagrees (more like throws a hissy fit) over what a mod or member of WOV has done, this will be my "cogent argument" for Larry.

While people love to rubberneck a train wreck, most of us also welcome the opportunity to speak our mind freely without fear of negative consequence for having done so.

That cannot be done at WoV, at least not when a person has a fundamental disagreement with the powers that be.

So people come here to rant, to criticize, to comment freely.

You might well ask "Well then, why not leave WoV?"

The answer: because DESPITE the inconsistent and seemingly heavy-handed moderation by some, it's still a viable board with interesting topics and some knowledgeable posters.

Larry keeps shouting its a business but they don't act like a good business. Businesses oftentimes have rules, most businesses don't allow you to insult their managers, crew or other people. ALL Casinos change the rules all the time, they show biases towards different customers, they make up rules on the fly especially when a unique situation comes up, they limit what you can and cast say, they even break their own rules. They try to limit bad press and get rid of anyone causing trouble.
According to what some people are saying WOV does some of these things. It sounds just like any other good business to me.
