You are flip=flopping, Larry. In one minute you talk about how productive it is to have these discussions with Fisk. Discussions you say wouldn't be allowed to occur anywhere else. And I think that's correct.

And maybe there has been some positive change at WoV and will be more as a result of such discussions. I am less sure of that than you seem to be, but we can be hopeful.

But now all of the sudden, you seem to be flip flopping and saying why have these discussion....that no good can come from it.

Larry, you are looking for an explanation as to why you were banned. And that is your right. And if Fisk, participating here, can help you with that....great!

So why are you denying me the same opportunity?? I feel I was banned for no reason, other than an outside person, not a real member of the site demanded that I be. I broke no rules, although rules were changed to make it look as though I did. I am simply seeking the same explanation from Fisk that you are. Why do you want to deny me that?

 

I KNOW, get in line. I havent posted 50 pages , dissecting my my my suspension. Just let it go. Its all been talked out for the first 50 pages when you came here.....and now its revitalized with FACE being the target.

No, I asked Face for his opinion and then ended it. I already knew that I was banned because the manboy didnt like the side of the issue I was on and didnt like my presentation. No rules shattered...just his ego . QUESTION ASKED, QUESTION ANSWERED. I felt no need to go 50 pages more on that topic. the one or 2 pages was quite enough.

Larry, you really need to get off KJ's case. You really need to knock off that 'I'm doing it for others and KJ is doing it for himself" routine. If you want to speak for others then go ahead. But that doesn't give you any moral high ground over KJ just because he talks about his own case. You think it does but it doesn't.

If I talked about my ban 100 times, this thread would have dissolved in a month.

However in not focusing all about ME ME ME...this thread was the highest viewed thread over the entire last year...up to the present.

So sober up, clear your head, get cogent thoughts, and come back and I will debate you.....when you dont start of your premise with a big lie.

stating a dozen times in 175 pages that I never received a reason for baning, is very different than devoting 50 pages of back and forth defending my position that I shouldnt have been banned. The only time in 175 pages that I actually had a back and forth discussion on that topic is when I was discussing it with face. And after 3 posts, I put an end to it so as not to start a me me me 50 page bullshit crying session.

I dont care who gets credit for the changes at wov. Its not like I am getting paid a consult fee. But there is a cause and effect with the changes and the points made here.

I don't recall you posting a clear "Fuck You!" at WoV before you were nuked.

 

KJ told manboy he was going to pound his reputation going forward after it didnt look like he was going to be let in....basically the "fuck you" part of the equation . And he came here and continued to say "fuck you"..in other words of course.
Same with me...I was banned...and basically said "fuck you" HERE on this site......and here is why....

we are similar, me and KJ....except I always was realistic in that I knew I was never going to be invited back...not based on my last post on wov...but for my posts here. I made my bed and am willing to sleep in it.......in my big boy pajamas.

I recognize that you and others viewed my comment to Wizard as a "Fuck you" comment. I don't. Taken out of context, yes it approaches that and I can see how someone would come to that conclusion. But taken in context it does not.

The context of the comment was that wizard said to me (and this is an exact quote) "You make some good points, but I just can't allow you back or there would be consequences from Norm".

Now I don't know exactly what that meant. Was he referring to legal action from Norm, as is now speculated? Or was he referring to Norm would just continually bully and bad mouth him? I honestly don't know exactly what he was referring to. You would have to ask Mike I guess.

But in either case, I wanted to let Mike know that I wasn't ok with this resolution based on the fact that Norm was bullying him (by either scenario). I wanted to let him know that I wasn't ok with this decision to treat me unfairly simply because he was afraid of Norm. I wanted to let him know that there would be consequences from me as well. I wanted to let him know that I felt I was being treated unfairly and would voice that every chance I got. I don't view this as this major F-you threat that you and others do. I view it as a heads up. Well this is going to be my response type of thing.

 

There has been a funny (not haha funny, but really sad "funny") development in the whole situation in the past few weeks, Mickey. Since you are one of the few people that know the story, I will share it with you, but will try to be brief as possible, which won't be easy.

As you know, Mick, the feud between Qfit and myself, was really about a third party member of Qfit's blackjack website, a total fraud, long-time, small time red chip, recreational player who overnight transformed himself into a professional player. He attempted to re-invent the wheel by coming up with his own super-duper blackjack count system and then started making all sorts of impossible claims about his system, experiences and results. Impossible claims that were misleading to newer players. When I and two other professional blackjack players objected to and challenged these fantastical claims, Norm (Qfit) exiled us from the site and the feud was born.

So now just over a year after this feud was born, and after Qfit brought this feud to other sites trying to silence my negative opinion of him for allowing these fantastical and fraudulent claims, the new development is that Don Schlesinger, another very respected blackjack mathematician and author of one of the top card counting books, Blackjack Attack, stepped up and basically repudiated all of these fraudulent claims and the person making them (as Norm should have done a year ago).

This is intriguing because Norm and Don Schlesinger are actually longtime friends (unlike Shack and Qfit). So Norm wasn't about to exile or even argue with his good friend and noted blackjack mathematician, Don, as he had done with me a year ago for making the same challenge.

So basically, a year later, I have been undeniably proven right, yet the fallout from everything that has happened remains, simply because Norm isn't big enough to admit that he was wrong and Shackleford isn't big enough to admit that he had no business even getting involved.

 

Says the hypocrite who posts under multiple names on other forums. Isn't that right, Robsingerwho from Vegas Casino Talk? You can't even come up with an original name. You have to steal from Wizard and Rob.

Quit trying to stifle KJ's story. I want it up here every day that he cares to post about it. It's part of the WoV story. Guys like Qfit need to be exposed for what they are. And Shack needs to come clean too.

Your pushing this "KJ should have kept his mouth shut" bullshit is annoying. In another breath you said about Qfit "the squeaking wheel gets the grease." So which is it, Larry? Should you keep your mouth shut or squeak like a wheel?

 

Highly interesting. I can see it all the way from Montana. I'm not even a blackjack player and I know who Schlessinger is. He has too big a name and reputation-and I'm guessing too strong a personality-for Qfit to try to throw under the bus.

Contrast Schlesinger to Shack whom Qfit seen as weak and easy to manipulate. Someone needs to get Schlesinger's message to Shack so he can see how bad he screwed the pooch.

People tell each other to go fuck themselves all the time. Normal, well adjusted adults move on and get over it. They also remain friends.
