Misc WizardOfVegas Forum is Dying

I speak from experience and I want to help others. When forming a team, on the one hand its best to get cheap labor in order to cut costs, but stay away from 3 groups. First stay away from the severely brain damaged, And also stay away from chimpanzees dressed in tuxedos.
They both work well up to a point , but once they leave the machine to go to the bathroom..they rarely remember where to return.
You can cuff them to the machine, but then you get accused of being "inhumane".

You cant get away with cheaply paid sumo wrestlers, as they draw attention to themselves visually, and also draw attention by snapping the chairs.

So stay away from the sumo wrestlers, severely brain damaged(like OAB) and chimps in any attire.

They do a good job in the short term, but in the long run there is just too much drama.

And when mining the cash from nigerian prince's dont be greedy. Its ok to accept returns of just one or 2 million....even though others have received 20-30 million. Dont be greedy, and as JP says...accept the smaller returns.

 

Ok, you guys are having some fun with your belief that AP isn't legit and claims made are embellished and made up. And as I stated, it is your right to not believe. Believe the earth is flat if you like. But I have two questions:

First, which I asked before, specifically to Blackhole, but he chose not to answer. If AP is all crap and no one is successfully making money from AP, why does the casino industry spend the small fortune that it does on consultants and technology trying to thwart or minimize AP.

And second why as non-believers that the earth is round, would you come to earth-is-round websites to tell everyone that you don't believe?

If you have no choice and only have sumo wrestlers, chimps, and Severly brain damaged....and have to make a choice......choose the chimps....but dress them in different types of clothing, you know, one in a tux, one in a cowboy outfit(leave the cap gun at home), one dressed in a tiara and gown...that way they wont seem as if they are related or on a "team".
Just hire one overseeing human......who can take the chimps to the restroom and return themto their machine.

The chimps are happy to be paid in oranges and bananas..you can pay the human 10 per hour not as an AP agent, but as a chimp babysitter.

But overall...as far as quality of work....the chimps are best qualified and give the best performance out of the group of 3 I detailed.

This is obvious advice to most in the the AP trade.....but for the newbies......this is valuable info. It is info I wish I had earlier.

OF COURSE THE CASIN WOULD RATHER HAVE JOE BLOW WIN, ...and tell his friends....and blab it around so the casino gets other business...plus joe blow giving it all back when he returns.

But the casino cant control or try to figure out if its just sick gamblers or people who label themselves professionals. Maybe to the casino ...they are one in the same

 

Shows my ignorance again. I thought casinos didn't like people hogging one game to themselves 24 hours. But I've held a machine while friends went to the bathroom where I wasn't playing directly and had jerks come up to me and tell me I can't do that and get up. Of course, they're full of shit and probably some vulture dude, but I never move when that happens.

 

I have seen at the atlantis casino in Reno, where a perso ho is a t a machine, calls over a slot attendnat...asks for a certain time to go to lunch or the bathroom etx...and the slot attrendant comes back with a sign ...."outmof order' places it on front of the machine.....opens up the machine and disables it. in 5 seconds.

I spend alot of time at atlantis ,,so i am not sureabout all casinos.....but at least there you can reserve amachine for some preset maximum period of time.

Someone should warn that dude ZenKing in the "moving out to play" thread at WoV that if he drives from the northeast to Las Vegas with all that cash he should stay off I-40 in Oklahoma. In every Oklahoma county along I-40 the cops are profiling long distance drivers for the potential of carrying large sums of cash. They will take your money from you in a heartbeat. I-80 in Iowa can be bad too.

 

Once again for the 100th time, I didn’t say AP is all crap. I’ve been reading about AP’s since the 70’s. All different types of advantage play for years have been exposed and written about. All these exposed plays come with the names of the players, the casinos, the estimated amounts made, how it was done, etc. etc.

The difference with reading about endless self-proclaimed AP’s on gambling forums with no facts of proof, is that it eventually accumulates into a pile of annoying horseshit.

Good for any AP that could take advantage of any casino. But, to come here and brag about your talents with nothing to back it up, or you can’t expose it and we understand why with obvious and good reason, the question becomes what is your purpose for being here in the first place?

All AP claims including yours Kewlj (as realistic as they appear) can only be viewed the same as my alleged AP stories above. BULLSHIT until proven otherwise. The reason I wrote that nonsense was to make a point that anyone could become a self-proclaimed AP. All you need is an internet connection and an imagination.

I once challenged Rob Singer to a $10,000 bet that I could produce a $500 profit within 16 hours playing machines. He turned it down. I invited Alan Mendelsen to come to Montana on a vacation and I would let him follow me around for a few days and watch me. He said that if I could produce a $500 earn everyday he would put me on TV. I told him no cameras allowed and he wouldn't be allowed to name any of the games I played. But he would make a very credible witness that I was telling the truth. So far Mendelsen hasn't taken me up on the offer.

One of the reasons I invited Mendelsen and no one else is because I know he is wealthy and isn't going to relocate here.

 

Yep, it is the internet and the internet is full of people "bullshitting", including this site. THAT is the way the internet works. It's up to each person to decide who they find credible and who they don't. That is fine. You have every right to find anyone you want not credible. But again with this "until proven otherwise", if you think any legitimate AP is going to prove anything to you as if we are on trial just to ease your mind, you are out of your mind. I suppose someone may provide some documentation for monetary gain, like based on a wager of something, but for an AP to compromise his/her privacy just to satisfy your curiosity, you must be smoking some seriously bad shit. All that kind of talk about suggesting AP's prove their claims does is make legitimate AP's less likely to participate in the first place. That is exactly the kind of shit most look to avoid and don't want to be bothered with a site that has people that would even suggest that.

I think you know my purpose for being here. I came here in the midst of my barring from WoV (and aftermath) to have my say about that particular situation. In my very first post, I stated that I didn't anticipate staying and participating. But both the site administrator and several members asked me to stay and participate. The administrators even asked what they could do to make the site more to my liking. And they have instituted several policies designed to address some of my concerns. So I have stayed and participated and tried to initiate more AP discussions.

But really as time goes on, it is less clear to me why I bother. All I really get out of it is personal attacks, and people thinking I should "prove" anything I say. Where is he upside for me. There is really no benefit to me participating here? And quite frankly I am finding very little enjoyment in it lately.

Because of this post I went over there and read that thread. Around the third or fourth page my eyes started to bleed. If you want to get a good idea of what that membership consists of now and what that once respected site turned into, give it a read.

Your comments quoted above sound as though your full of yourself and appear to hope the administration here comes to your defense and sides with you.

You ask what is the upside and benefit for you or any other AP to participate? Your the professionals that already know everything and can’t say anything about your professions since it’s a secret trade. So, I ask the same question, what is the upside or benefit for any AP to participate? Is it to create traffic for the site?

Sorry Kewlj, although I find some of your posts interesting, I certainly wouldn’t consider you important to me, and quite frankly I view what you do say as anything more than a form of entertainment for me. I speak for myself here.

Here it is again the last resort typical expected AP challenge. Recently, I set up to meet with one of the top alleged self-proclaimed AP’s from the forum boards at Atlantic City. I was there with 3 other of my friends at the designated time. I hung around and took a close-up picture of one of my friend’s cell phones being held up showing the date and time in front of where we were to meet for proof. I waited 45 minutes asking everyone that came by if they were him. I spoke with him again when I got home via pm and he said he had a flight that day and didn’t want to waste his time in case I didn’t show up. His name is not important, but this was a fact.
