    The terms are the standard legal agreement all members agree to when signing up and serves to protect the site from potential litigation.

    The rules are created by us to ensure a healthy and productive community for our members.

    Again, I would suggest that Site Rules and TOS be combined for a better board and clarity.

    as it stands now they are in 2 separate places - anyone trying to follow the site rules may only see one reference and not both .... This ambiguity has and will allow for violations
