So people who publish articles are in green now? Bra is one of Zuga's boys. His profile says he's from Lithuania. That put's him above you. He may even get paid for being in green. Zuga gets mentioned a lot here so....a few tidbits for those who wonder:

According to the LCB site :

"Zuga" Is Nikola Zugic. "Best known as Zuga on the forum. His title is LCB Administrator and he resides in Belgrade, Serbia. Nik is the 2nd man in command at LCB and a business partner".

Right next to Zuga we have "Lipstick" who is Ava Carlson from Chicago USA....as opposed to Chicago Serbia I guess. "She holds the title of Chief Content Writer and Land Based Casino Manager"

Funny they have content writers like Natalie and Nina and authors like Brandon James. What's the difference I wonder? It looks like most of the staff uses their real names except for the deep undercover, double agent, James......Brandon James.

Back to Ava Carson. I only mentioned her because she is the one that Buzzard kept talking about on WOV. He was kind of poking fun at her, as only Buzzard can do, and pissed off Zuga. Zuga then overreacted and banned Buzzard much to the dismay of many...Beached whale in particular. That is why, to this day, the mods look the other way when Buzzard reincarnates himself. It's in your face to Zuga. How dare he ban Buzzard? Just like the KewlJ debacle, Zuga could say look I may have jumped the gun. I may not have understood Buzzard's harmless sense of humor. Nope, he's just like manboy.

LCB is the real deal....coming up on 100,000 members. What must they think of WOV when the read the sheer nonsense that it spews? The ads must be working which would explain the hands off approach to the forum. Good luck to 'em.

Another disgusted, longtime WOV member speaks out. Darkoz: Member since 12-22-09. That's from the very beginning...before the site got ruined.
Here's what this founding member had to say"

"What a bummer that this entire thread has devolved into an attack on Nathan as an alleged Kentry". Good for Darkoz for standing up. The mods aren't going to like someone pointing out the dereliction of their duties.

He didn't name names but here they are. Without further ado... the names of members participating in the moderator/administration sanctioned witch hunt of Nathan:

Wizardofnothing, Fleastiff, AxelWolf, SiegfriedRoy, AxelWolf again, Johnzimbo, AxelWolf again, Hunterhill, AxelWolf again, DrawingDead, and AxleWolf again. That's just one thread. There are many many more threads and names.

I have to assume that, unlike the nasty ones over there, AxleWolf is just having fun with it. He did call socketeering "mostly harmless nonsense". If only the others could see it like that....their blood pressure would surely drop and maybe even return to normal.

I don't miss him in the slightest, and I have no opinion of whether or not you're 1BB, just goading you a little. I don't believe you are 1BB, you've lost a step, if so, no offense.

Were I gunning for him, he'd be gone. Fact is, he hasn't broken any Rules that I can see. I don't encourage or put anyone up to anything, I have specifically said in some threads that if they don't like his posts they should just ignore him. He would leave if he didn't get any responses, one would think.

Kentry, signs of gambling addiction. I'm surprised you don't remember, Wizard didn't nuke yo---um---1BB, I did:

    http://wizardofvegas.com/forum/info/rules/3853-discussion-about-the-suspension-list/751/#post498047

    Trolling, Baiting, Personal Insult.

I also mentioned that he could appeal to Zuga if he didn't like my decision. Given that he checks the forum daily, still, I must assume he did appeal. I'm guessing it didn't go well.

People who publish articles have always been green, how would you have Admin access without being an Admin? I imagine he does get paid to publish articles, and who knows what else, you actually have to have some technical skill that I lack to put together the articles. I just write them.

I don't know what the difference is between a content writer and an author, I didn't make my title or ask for it. Those could be real names or pseudonyms, I don't know any of the people personally to be able to say.

Buzzard practically begged to be nuked, and I generally nuke any of his incarnations as they arise.

Good morning, you're up early! I'm not usually up this early, even when I have to get up to get ready and take the kids to school, I generally come back and crash for awhile.

I'll tell you who else is up early, 1BB, surprise that. You guys have a lot in common. I'm not surprised he still logs in, though, easy to jump straight to unread posts when you're logged in. Being that you're a Member in good standing, though, I'm sure you know all about that.

Here we go with some more of your diversions, I guess. You bring up stuff, I make good points, you change the topic. Wash, rinse, repeat, ad infinitum, or nauseam, or both. Infinitum and nauseam, combined? Ick, what a cycle.

You're really going to have to at least start entertaining me with this shit at some point if you want to keep me coming back absent you referring to me by real name all the time again, which you've promised not to do and honored your word thus far. But, really, you're starting to bore me.

    FIRST POST:

As a matter of general policy, I don't list Duplicate Accounts on the Suspension List unless they have made a substantial number of posts. You have so many people doing it, you see, and the Suspension List truly is a pain in the ass to update. The incarnation GSIYHZ made five posts, lifetime, in the span of an hour and three minutes, it appears. Having reread the five posts, I don't know that anything about them would have jumped out and screamed, "BUZZARD," to me, nor do I know that I nuked GSIYHZ, so I really can't answer for that. All I can say is that, when he comes, if I recognize it's him, I nuke the incarnation.

THE REST OF THE FIRST POST AND POST TWO:

First of all, this happened nearly a year after Buzzard's actual Nuking, so we're not talking about two days later or anything. Secondly, you have someone with several thousand posts who actually seems to be legitimately insulted by his Suspension List entry and that individual also happens to be an elderly gentleman. Finally, actually including an insult on the Suspension List entry is fairly unprecedented, so I hope you can pardon me for having the audacity to show some small amount of mercy a year after the fact.

That doesn't mean that he didn't practically beg to be nuked. That doesn't mean that I don't nuke him when I see him. That doesn't mean that I don't happen to think he deserved to get the hammer from Zuga, again, he begged for it, so I say he did.

Let's talk hypothetically for a minute, because if there were any actual private communication, I couldn't disclose it without breaking the private communication rule. Hypothetically, if I had either PM'ed or E-Mailed Zuga informing him of my decision to remove, 'PITA,' from that entry and replace it with, 'Constant Trolling,' and to inform him that he could overrule me if he wanted to and I wouldn't take offense, and would also change it back immediately, would that PM or E-Mail be something that you would know about?

Oh, you'd have no way of knowing anything about that, you say?

I guess we'll be moving onto the next subject, then. You're really going to have to try to do better than this, because I am rapidly losing interest. I'm not trying to insult you or give myself an out, (Don't need an out as I don't answer to you if I don't want to) just giving you fair warning.

Yet 10 days after Buzzard's ban you banned VailedJoy for a rule 4 violation and PITA. Be a good boy and remove the PITA like you did for Buzzard. He happens to be an elderly gentleman too...in his 50s.

Thanks for the update on 1bb. I get it. The same munchkins have convinced you that I'm him. It's okay...I've been called much worse. I've even been called retarded in this thread as if mental retardation is something to be ashamed of or made fun of.

I don't see 1BB on the visitor's list but you know more about it. Let me know when he logs in again. I may shoot him a quick message. I did use the link you provided and you are right. It was you who banned him. Pretty hypocritical of you considering your often stated policy of giving longer members a little leeway. Apparently it was his first offense.

Now how about fixing that for VailedJoy?

I'll be a monkey's purple and bare-assed uncle, 1BB logs onto WoV and presumably reads some threads, and almost like clockwork, you post that message. It's almost as though 1BB was logged out or inactive just long enough for you to have logged in here and hammered out that message. The similarity of your schedule to his is uncanny. I wonder if I would see other similarities if I were really watching?

I'll tell you, there are some people with whom I've shared eerily similar schedules. Want to know who? Myself! Me, myself and I share almost identical schedules! Do you believe it? I'll tell you what me, myself and I also have a tendency to do, visit all of the websites at which we are active readers/participants at roughly the same times of the day!

I wonder if 1BB has ever read this site, maybe he's reading your post right now. Have you ever had the opportunity to speak with him? His wit was once very sharp and acerbic. Quite entertaining. I wonder if she still has that sharpness. They say it deteriorates with age, how long has it been since he was banned from WoV? You'd know better than I would, I'd have to go back and look.

I'm not insinuating everything, you just have a super sharp memory for such things.

You are right, though, if that is an inappropriate tag for one it is an inappropriate tag for all.

    Done.

I've not been convinced by anyone about anything, I'm just saying the two of you are quite similar. I wonder if you guys like the same food? It's so uncanny, I'd almost not be surprised if you have the same thing for dinner tonight!

I don't actually think you're literally retarded, obviously, I just think it is a somewhat appropriate insult to levy against someone being deliberately obtuse. No deliberate obtuseness, no insult.

How was that his first offense? Did you not see all the talk, in that very thread, about getting the Nuke on his first day back from a ban? A ban which, as I recall, he was told upon returning that he was, 'On thin ice.' But, then, gentleman though you may be, I defer to the solidness of your memory over my own.

Okay. I just went over the whole thing. He was given a 7 day ban for a first made up offense of insulting Spike. Then he pointed out the Wizard's unequal treatment and the Martingale kicked in. First offense - 7 days. Second offense - nuke. That makes you even more of a hypocrite....just as bad as the Kentry nuke that you can't justify.

Just keep diverting, you said, 'First Offense,' I demonstrated not first offense.

Did you know 1BB started reading at WoV again right around the time I was responding to you, and then again went inactive for roughly the time it'd have taken you to type that post and is now active again as I type this? I have screenshots and everything! Unbelievably uncanny now, you guys should go in on lottery numbers together, you'd be almost sure to get it right. I bet you guys even both take a piss at roughly the same time, next piss you take, watch it happen!

I've already stated my reason for nuking Kentry. My reason justifies it in my view, if it doesn't in yours, there's nothing I can do to change your mind. We could talk about it, I guess, but it wouldn't take you long to change the subject to something else.

So, you're saying he said something (one way or another) against the Wizard, was Suspended, told he was on, 'Thin ice,' upon his return, said something else against the Wizard, and then was promptly nuked by yours truly? You don't say!

Excuse me, visitor's list, now I understand your confusion. It should come as no surprise to you that an Admin can see, 'Hidden,' members. I guess you are surprised by that. You must not be able to see them given that you are a member in good standing, but not an Admin. Good to know you're not an Admin, that would be, just, like, so awkward, right?

But, yeah, I know when nuked Members are logged in and active. I know when Hidden Members who aren't banned are logged in and active. Motherfucking Santa Clause up in this piece, see you when you're sleeping, know when you're awake.

Freddy, you quoted Buzz as saying "Mendelson Rules for forum decorum states that until a suspension is posted, that member is in good standing."

    What is that rule?

    I must have missed it.

That's funny. Next you'll be saying that you can see members through their computer. Or that you can tap their phones. And stop the piss talk. It's getting you excited again.

At the risk of changing the subject, Buzzard, a nuked member, is logged in awaiting your approval. Tell him I said hi.

Let's argue facts that are easily provable with photographic evidence. Why not? We argue everything else.

Let's try this: If I suspect a Member of something, I will click on the handle. When I click on the handle, I am taken to the Member page. When I am taken to the Member page, I can see matching IP's. If an IP matches that of a nuked member, then I will nuke the Member who shares the IP with a supposedly different Nuked Member.

I don't go clicking on peoples' profiles and looking for matching IP's just because someone is new, though I cannot speak for other Administrators. Despite whatever you may think, I am not, 'Out to get,' people just for the sake of doing so. Someone who was previously nuked could come in, post, and as long as that person abides by all the rules, unless I just happen to check their profile for some other reason, the person will likely escape my attention completely.

I've neither the time nor inclination to check the IP of every member simply because that member is new.

In fact, if MrV doesn't mind, I'll use him as an example.

Within the same minute, I have a picture that shows him as active with me logged in. I log out and you do not see him as active, you can tell I'm logged out because the layout returns to the default setting whereas I have it on the dark setting because I prefer it. Within that same minute, I log in again, and lo and behold, it's MrV.

Faster than he and I could have possibly orchestrated it.

Since we're friends and I don't mind you calling me Fierce, is it cool with you if I call you 1BB? I've always liked the name, though it may not belong to you.

Also, he couldn't have done it manually. You'll see me as active even when I have logged out because the site had not updated yet.

I have no idea. I thought it might have been a reference to Alan M or just Buzzard being Buzzard. That was his quote from the thread that Mission/Fierce saw fit to delete. Oh the power! It must be intoxicating.
