This is fun. No more my saying so and so said this privately, but then dishonestly said something else publicly. Screenshots. Won't matter I am the bad guy. Now I will be the bad guy for posting screenshots proving Mike wasn't honest.

To be expected. You have the evidence.....proof, staring you in the face that Mike "couldn't say no to Norm's demand", so he concedes that he worked out a truce with favoritism towards Norm, so that he would have a reason to ban me. And then he lied about it....to the WoV membership.....to you.....to me.

But he's your friend, so yeah attack me. How about you be a decent person and admit, yeah your buddy wasn't honest, nor fair on this one. If you aren't willing to acknowledge the truth staring you in the face, then you are being just as dishonest as Mike.

I'm not going to post the screen shot because I don't want to post your email address, but see if this sounds familiar? "My point isn't than an injustice was done -- I think we all agree on Norm's contribution or lack thereof getting you banned from WOV".

Norm came to WoV to get Shackleford to silence me. You know it. I know it. Mike knows it. Norm Knows it. I just showed proof of Mike admitting he "couldn't say no to Norm's demand, so he worked out a truce with favoritism towards Norm." He manufacture a reason to ban me because Norm demanded it of him and he conceded he was afraid Norm would attack him if he didn't.

But go ahead, ignore the proof and attack me for telling the truth, and defend Mike when you can clearly see he lied.

 

Being that the first screenshot (PM from Mike) was rather long, there are some interesting tidbits in the second half that weren't show in the screenshot, so I am posting the bottom half. (above)

Note: "Norm wrote me several times, demanding that I take action". I want to specifically point this out to Norm who has constantly said he swears on his mother's grave that he didn't demand anything of Mike. Somebody's lying!

Also note: That Mike says "Norm was enraged that he didn't take action", so much so that Norm wrote to Mike saying that they were no longer on speaking term. (This is Norm bullying Mike).

Later Mike writes "I thank you for writing in a civil and courtesy manner, which is a lot more than I got from Norm". (more Norm Bullying Mike)

And finally: "Yes, I know that Norm is bad-mouthing WoV. It isn't just that post that you quoted. Nothing I can do about it and frankly no longer care."

I don't want to pick on Mike. I don't know what is going on there between the two of them. It appears Norm bullies and degrades Mike, and Mike responds by doing whatever his 'friend' wants, including lying. Either Mike is a very small insecure man, or Norm has something hanging over him, as some have suggested. Something really odd here. But either way, it is long past time for the great and powerful Wizard to come clean. (something Norm's girlfriend wished for years...., according to rumors)

 

Thanks for all the screen shots, they certainly prove what you have said. But let's be honest, all of this exchange with Mike is well documented already. Let's get into QFIT's character because really he is the root cause. No need to post everything you have but IMO the emails where he allegedly gloats about getting you banned and admits his whole reason for returning to WOV was to get rid of you will make for compelling reading and show once and for all what he is like.

 

Tonight, now into morning has been very satisfying to me. For better than a year, I have been stating that I had the proof of Mike lying. I posted some of his quote, but I don't know, people didn't believe me. I guess it was easier to believe Mike, or those that are his friends just wanted to believe Mike. So I have been the bad guy for over a year. And I suspect that will continue. Those that don't want to know the truth, won't accept it. But it's there plain as day. Undeniable proof. If this were a court of law, it would be an unanimous decision. If it were a boxing match, this evidence would be a knockout. If this were a tennis match....game...set...match. If it was one of Larry's debates.... a clear cut winner.

And while, it won't get me re-instated, I feel vindicated. I do feel a little bad about divulging private communications. My attorney told me it's not illegal to do so. He said it's like if someone sends you a letter and you decide to show that letter. It's yours to do with as you please.

I do feel a little sense betrayal of posting private communications, but when someone lies over and over for year, saying one thing in private and another publicly, they have lost that expectation of privacy. I gave Mike every opportunity to both come clean and make amends. He chose not to.

 

I don't recall saying he gloated about getting me banned. If he had said that I would have posted it immediately.

In a rather long message a couple weeks ago, I stated "Yesterday I received 4 emails from Qfit, all filled with hate, as his communications usually are. In one he was basically gloating that he had turned everyone against me. He told me that the only person in the community that supported me was "that violent drunk racist, Mickey Crimm".

He gloated about having turned many in the community against me. Is this what you are referring to?

 

But it hasn't been documented up until now. I have posted things he said. But that was only my word against his word. And quite frankly an awful lot of people chose not to believe me. Mike is the great respected AP and administrator of a site. I am just an insignificant peon, complaining that I was unfairly banned. But now....thanks to you forcing me to learn screenshots....there is actual proof. There is a gun with his fingerprints on it.

 

Yes this is what I was referring to. I must have misinterpreted what you said but I think gloating that he had turned everyone against you is more or less he same thing in terms of showing his character. I would encourage you to post these emails (and anything like it from him for that matter).

Believe me, I would like nothing more than to settle this in person. I am more than willing. Last time someone on this site suggested visiting Mike to settle a score in person, Mr manly-man Mike contacted the police. So you tell me who acts like a man and who acts like a pansy ass bitch!

 

And Norm has been busy this morning with the expected responses. An email to me suggesting I have overdosed on my anxiety medications, and an complaint filed against the administrators here. (Posted in suggestions/comments section).

This is typical Norm Wattenberger....for decades, a history of filing complaints and threats of legal action

Didn't you violate "the truce" with full knowledge that a violation could / would lead to suspension?

If so: case closed.

Plus, the Wiz and Norm had a seemingly quasi-professional relationship, the Wiz owed norm a favor and repaid it by banning you.

The truce was rigged, by Mike's own admission. Set up to favor Norm, so Mike would have a reason to ban me. Norm demanded Mike silence me, so Mike manufactured a reason to ban me (phony truce), in the hopes of minimizing outrage from WoV members.

It was just completely dishonest on Mike Shackleford's part. Mike was afraid to stand up to Qfit who was bullying him, so he took the easy and dishonest way out, banking that mild mannered KJ would go quietly into the night. The great gambling man lost THAT bet.

 

Whether or not he "manufactured" the so-called "truce," it seems to me that if you agreed to abide by its terms and later violated them, knowing that suspension would be a likely consequence, then the fault is yours.

Are you saying you didn't violate its terms, knowing that your suspension could result from the violation?

If not, then what argument is left to you?

 

KJ, Just curious if you have also posted up everything you had said on PM or Emails?

You say Mike was dishonest regarding some of the things he said.

IIRC you faked your own death, you say it was in order to protect yourself? Does this make you an overall dishonest person?

and this is where it all goes wrong. What did you dohere? Look at it. You threatened to bash shackelfords integrity , honesty and fairness.
He knows he wasnt fair with you...so now you threaten to make it public whenever possible. He knows you have something there.

This is a man with a huge ego.....you should know the type of man that you threaten. By being on wov for years you know he has an ego where if someone just approaches him the wrong way..they are punished. It happened to me and others. If you opened your eyes to see how your neighbors were treated...you would know about his ego issues.

Also on top of his ego, he is a man that bases his livelihood on "integety and honesty and reputation".....and you threaten to pulverize that any chance you get...for the rest of your life
Possibly taking money out of his pocket....threatening him and his livelihood

So what does a man with a known large ego do,
A- give in, back down and set a precedent that he gives in to threats....maybe opening up future threats and blackmail situations
B-pretend you are dead and never interact with you again.

No one likes to be threatened.....shackleford doesnt, and people viewing this drama and putting themselves in his place dont like it either.

I am no fan of shackelford.....so I am not in the arena of mission and face and rs and axel. So you cant use that same excuse for me, you know how I am a loyalist

But a reasonable person can see that you miscalculated. You threatened someone who was not going to give in. You threatened him by trying to take away his pride and joy....the publics view of perceiving him as a man of integrity and honesty. That is his bread and butter. The fact that people believe in him and what he says, And you threatened that.

Once you made that fatal miscalculation.....everything else fell into place.

Qfit not only got you kicked out of your house....but after your response, a year later he is sitting in your living room, wearing your robe , in front of your fireplace, fucking your wife.

So spare us all the other emails and PMS.

And then think.....what would happen if you let things organically simmer down over a couple more months..while QFIT was still missing in action at WOV proving he was just a troublemaker. Mission and Face would have eventuallt intervened at your request had you taken the high road.
There would have been more and more threads asking for youto return on wov. You would have won the war while losing a couple of battles.

But now.....fuck it....hundreds of posts about you you you........now with screen shots, and a request for an arbitrator. Now THAT is funny.

Its as funny as me .....bashing shackelford for 2 years here......and then wondering if there was a chance I could return. Maybe I could get arbitration as well.

My goal was never to get back on.....and am on record of saying that i wouldnt go back even with blanket amnesty....so I am consistent.

But dont threaten shackelford via Pm........then come here and act out that threat.......and then double down with your negative comments on the article recently.........and then cry that your want arbitration.

All the rehashing of the actions of others is moot. It all comes down to your quote above.....and YOUR actions. You cant control the actions of others..but you can sure control YOUR actions. Especially if you wanted a different outcome with eventual re-admittance to wov
