Weird that it wont let you. Are you trying to drag it directly from zip or already from where you unzipped the rmd file? I can also provide just txt with spins.

Posted the txt file should be easier to import that. Also if you click Open from RX it will show at the top left where is the RX installed into and all the folders etc. . Going to bed now, but if you still have issues, can post some screenshots tomorrow.
