Google DMCA Complaint received from Steven Hourmouzis

We have received the following DMCA Complaint from Steven Hourmouzis.

For the sake of transparency, we publicly post all DMCA requests received.

Since our site is not in a jurisdiction where DMCA is recognized law, no action will be taken to remove the post, thread, or page in question. As we do not host the claimed image, we have edited the post in question to provide the URL source of the image which we do not control.

We require a Court Order in our site's jurisdiction in order to take action against alleged copyright infringement since we are not in a position to establish who is right and who is wrong. We provide a platform where others can post freely and are not the authors of the posts in question.
