Well posting this comment reached there marketing manager Joe to correct the $100 new player award and it is available to me now thru 3/31/16 and he apologized for the error. So I get over there and the marketing manager Joe has gone home and my money is not on my account that's supposed to be there. They told menu could talk to the pit boss. Now what happens, I don't know.
So now I was sent over to a second executive host Tony because the first one Ruby could not help me and he advises me that the money is there and I should be able to access it. And he want to help me access the funds after the staff gets in trouble for not getting my cash back.
