To honor KewlJ, I present the list of contests I'll be in for the 2023 football season.

    1) NorthBet College
    2) NorthBet NFL
    3) Heritage Pick the Pros
    4) TopBet

Entering is dependent on fulfilling deposit requirements or action requirements. I presume I'll qualify for these, but I could be wrong. In addition, I'll be in some LMS contests, but those are gimmickry, so I don't bother reporting even when I win. Note: I won the second half season LMS contests at Topbet last season, but did not report, as these LMS things are kind of silly and there are usually many people tied. I'm also not a huge fan of the Northbet college contest, as you must pick 12 games ATS every week, and you don't get to choose which games. Forced choice ATS contests can lead to bad habits, but I'm old enough to be full of bad habits, so I'm in no danger of getting worse ones.

These are the same contests as for last season. If anything new pops up, I'll list them here. I'll report standings after the first six weeks or so.

There are thousands of people in some of these contests, so the records are public and can be seen by all contest entrants.

KewlJ, feel free to follow along.

Kewlj might be dead that month, but I’m sure he’ll catch up with the thread a bit later when he gets rescheduled as “alive” on various forums. Cheers

Will give full summary after three weeks. For now:

Getting clobbered in Topbet, the NFL contest I won last year versus 1300 people. Not doing well in Heritage, either. Doing okay in Northbet NFL and middle-of-the-road in Northbet college.

Results heading into Monday Night of Week Three. TopBet results not available yet. Sitting in 166th out of roughly 2000 in Heritage Race to the Super Bowl. Moved up 50 spots from last week, but tonight's totals will dictate gaining 50 or losing 200 positions. Sitting in fifth heading into NorthBet Pick the Pros Monday Night, but tonight's results could send me as high as second or drop me 30 places. More than 500 contestants. I'm getting clobbered, however, in TopBet. Whenever the results come out, they won't be good. Raiders losing hurt me.

As promised, the good, bad, and ugly updates.

Tied for 80th is TopBet's NFL Picks competition, out of 900. I won this last season out of 1380 or thereabouts. Looks pretty impossible for a repeat, but I will attempt to do better. You select winners with no spreads.

Tied for 143rd (out of roughly 2000) in Heritage Sports' Race to the Super Bowl. You pick all NFL games, no spreads, plus a designated number of totals each week. I have been routinely awful at the totals, both this season and last.

Sitting in sixth (out of an estimated 500) in Northbet's Pick the Pros. You pick winners of all NFL games, no spreads.

In other notes, I don't usually report Last Man Standing contests because they turn out to be more fate than skill, but it's been unusual thus far. For example, in the TopBet Survivor (with a 25K prize), all three of my entries are alive. The contest started with 1683 entries and is down to 446. That is a stunning casualty figure after just three weeks.

Tied for 38th in TopBet's NFL picks contest out of 900. Still a long way from cashing in the contest I won last season.

Dropped to 153rd in Heritage's Race to the Super Bowl (out of roughly 2000). Still can't get a total correct to save my life.

Sitting in fifth (out of estimated 500) in Northbet's Pick the Pros. No spreads.

My Survivor entries survived. Unusual season. Northbet is down to 44 entries trying to win 15K. Hard to believe, but their casualty rate is around 90%. TopBet is down to 299 out of 1683. Heavy casualties. It's still luck-and-fate as far as I'm concerned. You do your best and keep your fingers crossed. Inevitably, if you try to save good teams for later, they either get their QBs hurt or they wind up resting starters at the end of the season.

Tied for 37th in TopBet's NFL picks contest out of 900.

Up to 140th in Heritage. You know it was a rough week when you got half the games right and moved up. Don't think that has ever happened before. Still can't pick a total to save my life.

Sitting in fourth in Northbet's Pick the Pros. More gaps between standings places, so it's hard to move up or down much.

Survivor is down to 21 in NorthBet. I'm still alive. I'd figure out my equity in these survivor contests, but why bother? We're not even halfway through the season. It'll boil down to good fortune or bad fortune. TopBet is down to 205 entries out of 1683, almost a one-third hit this week from 299 to 205. Still alive with 25K at stake.

    Tied for 38th in TopBet.

Down to 142nd in Heritage. Lost every total. LOL. Terrible.

Up to third in NorthBet. Gaps have grown wider. Almost impossible to catch the top two. I have a decent lead over the fourth-place person.

Hanging in the Survivor contests. Down to 19 in NorthBet. Hard to believe. In the 25K TopBet Survivor, just six people lost this week, so down to 199 out of the original 1683.

Tied for 17th in TopBet out of 900, which is cashing range (top 25). Maybe after winning this contest last season, I can make some people a little nervous down the stretch.

Tied for 128th in Heritage. Still lost every total but one. Unbelievable.

Down to fourth in Northbet. The guy who caught me had a fantastic week. He almost had them all right.

Hanging in the Survivor contests. I saved Dallas for this week. Hope they survive their 17-point fave status. If they do, I may make a run at some of these.

Tied for 34th in Topbet out of 900, so I dropped out of the money.

    Tied for 158th in Heritage.

Up to third in Northbet. Unless something unusual happens, I should finish top five in this. We'll see.

Hanging in the Survivor contests. Eleven left in Northbet. Winner gets 15K. Down to 107 remaining in TopBet out of 1683. Winner gets 25K. Wing and a prayer time as everyone has used up the best teams. A tad under 600 left in BetOnline out of 22000. Time to take some dog-ass squads and hope for the best.

Well, the gory details first. In Survivor contests, I was knocked out of both NorthBet and BetOnline two weeks ago with the brilliant 10-point favorite Commanders versus the NY-Football-Giants. Ouch. I wound up eighth in the NorthBet Survivor, which pays as much as last, but feels like an accomplishment.

In Topbet, up to 19th out of 900, three games out of first. I won this last year. We'll see if I can muster up some magic.

In Heritage, tied for 150th or thereabouts. No shot at cashing.

In NorthBet, in third (out of 500 or so). Sizeable gaps between first and second and third and fourth, but three people are jammed together in fourth. I will be disappointed if I do not cash.

Survived in the TopBet Survivor. Down to 54 people from the original 1683. I will endeavor to get through one more week.

I was eliminated in all Survivor contests. Thirteen people made it through Topbet, and I wasn't one of them. Between Washington last week, and the Steelers and JVille this week, I was knocked out of all competitions with a 10, a 6, and another 10 point fave. Brutal.

In other news, I moved into a tie for 12th at Topbet (900 entrants), which I won last season.

In Heritage, up to 119th, too far away to have a shot at cashing (top 25).

In NorthBet, still third out of roughly 500. Gaps are growing between players, so I will be surprised if I do not finish third or fourth. On the other hand, first place is out of reach.

With two weeks to go, not much change:

Tied for 20th in TopBet out of 900. I took a shot at moving up last week with a couple of underdogs; it did not work out. Will cash, but no blue ribbons.

Up to 78th in Heritage's Race to the Super Bowl out of a couple thousand. Need to win them all to cash (top 25).

Locked into third in NorthBet's Pick the Pros. Not likely to move up or down, so that's likely a wrap. Top five cash.

    Wrap up:

    1) Finished third in NorthBet Pick the Pros (out of roughly 500). Top five cash.
    2) Rallied to finish 43rd (out of a couple thousand) in Heritage's Race to the Super Bowl. I won this about 10 years ago, which yielded 25K in Super Bowl wagers. I failed to cash (top 25) because I went with a particular underdog that failed to cover the final week. I thought I needed to make up more ground. I was wrong.
    3) Will cash in TopBet, which I won last year. Waiting for final standings. Headed into the final week 20th out of 900. I probably gained a little ground yesterday, but not much.

Final tally: Finished tied for 16th in TopBet. I moved up, but not much.

That wraps it up for 2024. Thanks for reading.

Don’t worry so does the op, he’s notorious for making statements without any, read zero ,verification. This whole thread is just vague nothingness, re read it there is zero substance, the op is a longtime tout that only promotes his sportsbetting pay for tips site.

LOL. Yeah, I'm a little surprised, too. Anybody with accounts at any of the listed sites can verify where exactly I finished. I'm listed as redietz in all of them, I think. Let me double check that. I will be right back.

Let's see. I'm "redietz" at TopBet. "Redietz" at Heritage. And "redietz" at Northbet. That's because my name is R. E. Dietz (as in Robert Earl Dietz).

Hmmm. Makes you wonder why Punkcity would blatantly lie. Who knows? Then we get to Punkcity's claim that I am promoting my "sportsbetting tips for pay" site. Only there is no such site.

So we have some anonymous dude going by the handle "Punkcity" reporting that I'm lying about my finishes in contests (which, by the way, were not that great this year). And then lying about my having a site where people pay for plays.

Very strange. I guess I need to report this to management.

By the way, I won TopBet last year versus about 1200 people. And won Heritage about 10 years ago, which was 25K in Super Bowl wagers. I will report Punkcity to management for blatantly lying about a person posting under his real name.
