    Yes, thank you, if you view her profile, you will see that we replied to her several days ago. Replies to Profile Posts don't appear on the "New Profile Posts". We are currently in contact with her via PM.

    We believe her issue is isolated and being caused by something on her end, so if anyone else is experiencing any issues with the site, please do let us know in case it's a problem on our end.
