None of his systems work. He's a scammer. You lose 5.000€ to find his big secret system
is repeaters and you can find his system on any forum free.

When we complained he said there is no refund and I am maybe making a mistake.
Then found about other people complaining about this scam.

He says his full name is Buzan Adrian Armand Viorel, and that he is a millionaire.
Actually he lives in a small apartment and is probably not a millionaire. Maybe
he only makes money from scamming people. He is a slick con man showing cash and cars,
and photos of him looking wealthy. Cars can be rentals for a day but even if really
his car it is not uncommon or that expensive. It is all part of the scam to trick people.
Con men always look to show how wealthy they are as part of the scam.

If you have been scammed, you must go to police to report it. You will not get the
100% customer satisfaction refund from the guarantee he says to give. One person
asked for a refund after 6 months of losing, and Adrian NEARLY STABBED THE MAN TO DEATH.

Adrian lies and said it is fake news. But you can see it on a romanian news website

He thinks people can't use Google translate.

for demanding a refund.

Everything about this con man is to trick people. He even shows transactions of a player
that is supposed to be winnings but it is only money going INTO the casino (deposits).
No real professional player would show his face, his name, and account winnings because
then the casino can ban them.

It is all about scamming people but you can have his system free now without being scammed.
The key part is the 5.000€ videos which show his best system. But try it and you will eventually lose
and know why people are calling this man the scammer he is.

Alarian GUTracker Copyright Claim

- Alarian from vlsroulette.com appears to have clearly created the software. He posts entire history of software development, edits source code, and publishes software builds.

- I asked you if you have the source code (as you normally would if you purchased software rights). But you haven't responded.

- You claim you purchased the software from him in 2010. Your exact claims to me are:

Removal of GuTracker File

It is not my place to determine who's claims are true in this matter, same as any website. So the legal process for you to remove the content is explained at https://www.muso.com/magazine/dmca-explained/ and summarized below:

STEP 2: From here, anyone who claims to be the real copyright owner (and disputes the content removal) can send me a DMCA counterclaim.

STEP 3: I notify you I received a counterclaim, and you must file a USA lawsuit within 14 days. Otherwise, the material can be reinstated upon request of the person who filed the counterclaim.


The legal process is like this because if your claim is false, you can still have content removed. But if the real owner disputes the claim, and you persist, then you'd need to take it to court while committing perjury.

My advice is even if I removed everything you wanted, it will still be available elsewhere. The software has been freely available for around 10 years. The DMCA process is exactly the same for sites hosted in the USA. I've been through the process myself, and it's a waste of time bothering trying to remove material unless it actually matters. In this case, the tracker's functions can easily be coded in Excel with the COUNTIF function. It can be done in 5 minutes.

Questions:

1. Is there any likely reason why Alarian might deny your whole story?
2. Did you receive the source code?
3. If you didn't receive the source code, how do you know the Chinese guy didn't scam you and sell you rights to software he doesn't have?
4. If you do have source code, why not just create a build with a new menu item displaying your copyright notice? (as it is now, it is labelled "Alarian" which is the programmer.
5. How do you know for sure the Chinese guy is Alarian?
6. If you bought it from Alarian, why did you not ask him to remove the software from wherever he released it free? (you would have known about it, because that's where you first saw it).

Also Adrian, my job as admin is to enforce the rules. This means protecting free speech, but with limitations like if content is genuinely unjustified harassment.

As I said before, your complaints are not specific. Saying the post "harasses" you is not specific. Now I'll be specific:

Saying the publishing of software you don't appear to have any rights to is not harassment. You were given the option of a DMCA request, which I explained will result in a counterclaim, after which you'd need to take it to court at risk of conviction of perjury. You didn't take that option. Nothing about this is harassment.

Your customers or even others saying you are scamming people is not harassment. If your customers say you scammed them, they are allowed to say this. You can contest it in court, where your customer can justify their claims. Your response is to physically threaten them in your videos. Do you think the police would be more interested in your complaints about customers complaining about you, or your threats to customers warning them not to complain?

So again, if you are complaining about something, be very, very specific about what you're complaining about and why.

An example of what I'd consider harassment is someone making a seemingly false claim about you like you being a pedophile, then giving your private address and encouraging other people to harass or harm you. I would remove that because it can result in serious harm to you. But I would also report it to the police because children may be involved.

But people like your customers claiming you scammed them is not harassment.

When you submit a clear claim about exactly what you think is "harassment", I will post details of your complaint here. Then I will explain my decision regarding whether or not I removed the content.

I have already removed some content without you even asking. But I do not read everything unless there is an official complaint about material.

The FBI and police wont help you in this case. They will just see it as a civil case. If you are being threatened, then they will ask for proof, which is of the phone calls etc. But they will also see your threats to other people, and that you stabbed people who asked for a refund. None of that is my concern or business. My only focus is considering your complaints and whether your complaints are about actual harassment, or just people claiming you scammed them or their associates. There's a big difference.

Also the government wont help you with copyright issues. Again it's a civil case. Even thought copyright breaches are a criminal act, they wont do anything about it unless it's on a massive scale like DVD pirating. And even then the involved companies would struggle to get anything done. You could start by doing the right thing and removing my content from your website. If you don't, I don't particularly care. It just reflects on you if you dont.

And if you avoid my questions, how do you expect me to help you?

I think everything is already said about this scammer. I am in contact with a few other people that he scammed. Some of them will soon come here to tell their story too.

My experience with him is we put money together to buy from him. We bought his system and it did not work. He says we must keep paying him money or the system will stop working. This is a stupid thing to say because no system should instantly stop working if we stop paying a scammer.

It says on his websites too, I will explain in another post what we should have thought of before sending him money.

We didn't look at his videos and websites properly before making the investment. There are lots of big red flags, too many to mention them all.

This man is not an expert in roulette. He is a professional scammer, running a scam in a small apartment in Romania. He already showed how he treats customers that can't win and complain. He nearly killed one by stabbing him in the neck.

You can see the same software on scammers website but he covers it in the window so you cant see what it is called. In full videos you can see it says Alarian and is same software you can get free.
