Other staff do too, although most intelligence is inter-casino and not from public forums where scams dominate. We use a variety of sources. I can explain some of threat mitigation. Some parts I cannot (duty of non-disclosure).

Surveillance is multi-layered. When a player wins above a threshold, it is logged under pit boss supervision before the player leaves the table. The chips paid to the player often utilise RFID tracking. Sometimes it's only the higher denominations.

The cashier is required to lay out each cash note so the above camera records each note's serial number. Payouts are never in bundled cash like in Adrian's videos. Never. Bundles would be a critical breach of protocol that can jeopardise a casino's license because when casinos are audited or investigated, exact payout amounts cannot be determined from surveillance footage. This would undermine laws, like handing over briefcases of unknown quantities of money. It just doesn't happen. Perhaps he may attempt something like this, which would only be possible if he weren't considered a threat. Playing with other people's money assures him of profit. Although if his system is 100% assured, it would make better sense for him to use his own money, and take 100% of profits.

So to summize.

I could process his video for facial recognition, but I can only do this from control room computers. It needs to be converted to the correct format first, then ported as if it were recorded on local systems. One needs only to be vaguely noticed to be added, then incidents (as simple as transactions) can be correlated. It may happen now with his exuberant claims and recent forum activity. If you've ever won over the reporting threshold, you're noticed. Keep doing it, but you're being watched.

He claims to play on behalf of or with his "students", requiring proceed division. If Adrian had been flagged, it would be a risky proposition for anyone involved.

Adrian may dismiss this information as conspiracy. More astute readers will recognise the mistakes Adrian makes in videos, presumably from lack of real experience. One needs only to understand legislation and casino procedures.

Adrian threatens to kill website admins to remove complaints about him. In videos he shows a gun, and says he will find anyone who says anything bad about him. Everyone knows he is a violent scammer who already stabbed a customer so remove complaints. He succeeded to remove many pages, so his scam survived many years.

He wants everyone to think he is a millionaire. He paid for professional photos to make him look wealthy. His address for his company is Str. Teodor Mihali Nr. 39-43, 400591 Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Put this into Google street view and we see the truth. Adrian Buzan is not a wealthy millionaire roulette player. He is not popular or an expert. He is just a scammer in a cheap apartment using fancy photos and fake piles of cash. You can just download his system and see it is a scam.
