Consensus of top AP's is to only play with an edge, while betting as big as you can get away with before getting kicked out.

That " FIVE" is just a hobby system of its creator . There are many other EC methods to chose from .

They are out there waiting to be discovered .

Question to the professional players. The fact is that my brother simply cannot live without playing roulette and it would be ok if he won, he constantly loses. I'm just sick of it all, maybe you know some way to view its online activity? I have no strength left to pay his debts))

im sorry to hear this, i know in profile settings you can change limits how much casino allows you to loose, so if player reaches there it wont let you loose any more money, but even if you do it secretly it doesnt change the issue, which is gambling addiction.
And definately you are not one who has to feel to pay hes mistakes and debts. You can only help him to overcome addiction and trying to explain he cannot afford it and its affecting both of your lives, because if he wont realise that if you loose money, you all have to go live on street. He needs to find that responsability to understand this.
Please take care of yourself. He has hes own problems, dont let it to affect your own private financial situation. He needs to understand this issue.
If he doesnt care himself he has to care for you atleast and stop borrowing money for these occasions.

You can also contact casino yourself and explain the issue, they may help to limit he`s account. it would be finally some good deed by casino instead banning peoples who win lol :D

Sorry to hear this. He has a problem. No discipline=failure. As mansi said the casinos must restrict or ban him for his own sake. And yours.

The problem is he is doing it for the wrong reasons. No amount of money would help him. And he wouldnt stick to a strategy that won anyway. Success starts and ends in the mind.

I presume in the USA you have help and support groups for problem gambling
that's if your brother is willing to seek help. I know it has helped many
    gamblers here in the UK.

Cow Pie Poker! It's sounds like it would really go over big in San Francisco.

What he said above is not correct. Those bets do not have any even chance of winning. They all have a 0.4864864865% chance on a single 0 wheel and a 0.4736842105% chance of winning on a 00 wheel. This isn't close to "even."

Actually there are conditional situational awareness considerations to consider here. Is that wordy enough? If you don't believe in trends then you would be well advised to at least be aware of this one trend's characteristic. The zero or the zeros sleep at times and they get very active at times. If it is 50 /50 that you are searching for then you can take note when the zeros are sleeping. You can also substitute one or two other numbers that are sleeping for when the zeros are wide awake. It's a very small thing to take notice of. Now once armed with a closer to 50 /50 option you can ignore one or two sleeping numbers. You can bet on 18 numbers with the assistance of conditional awareness and get a fair payoff if you are in favorable conditions where the sleeping number is actually sleeping. To not notice the sleeping one or two numbers in favor of blind mathematical expectations is a kind of fallacy of its own. We all know that very large numbers are used to confirm the average imbalance in payoffs. But nobody plays large numbers each day in a casino. There is no consistent sleeping number. I dare you to actually see this. You can easily see the sleepiest one or two numbers. You can know when they awaken. All you need is a method to make use of them.

I am a firm believer in the casinos in Europe that don't have zeros. I believe they win just about the same amount as other casinos because people don't actually play to win.

The roulette tables at the B & M casinos which I noticed in Europe all were of the single 0 variety .
