Sputnik, thanks for the advice. I've been gambling for several years just for fun playing mainly roulette .... only now considering if it's something that can be done professionally as a full-time career.

Again you see someone who dreams about gamble as a full-time job.
But does anyone know what it takes?

My main concern about gamble as a pro is the pension when you are going to retire.

You have to understand when you work for a living you get score point at your government that will turn into how much pension you will get reaching 65 years of age.
Let's say you get 1500 Euro each month and live to 90, that is 25 years.
One year has 12 months and you would earn 18000 Euro a year and that is 450000 Euro during the 25 year period.

This means you have to win and save 4,5 million in gambling money to live an independent life at older days.
Now you might argue that you can continue to play the games after 65 years of age.
Then you don't know how your health will be, getting old and you don't have the same strength as when you are young.

I keep my day job and play to have an extra income and when i reach 65 years of age i can live an independent lifestyle with regular income with no worries or have to gamble/work to earn money.

I've been working for over 25 years and have paid my taxes and built up a pension for my retirement.

However, this is about doing something different from what I've qualified in, something that I enjoy doing recreationally and seeing if I could do it professionally in the future.

Not about to stop working till I've improved my game to the point where I'm consistently making a profit over several months; plus I'll need to have a decent lump sum in savings to fall back on in case it doesn't work out.

Yes, it can be done, John Patrick has been a professional for over 40 years.
But he masters a variety of different games and you need the methodology when you face your first losing month.
Other like him are active on his forum board, you can learn a lot reading those topics.

This is how I would suggest you make a carrier for gambling.
Buy John Patrick's Sports Betting Service and start to make money on sports.
He will teach you everything and you can use his book a lexicon.
Email contact and buy a phone recorder so you can listen to the picks and discussion around them several times.

And keep playing roulette and start to study other games, for example, Casino Poker - Cash games.
But poker software and start to learn the basic and play until you get confident to hit the tables.

Start a blog where you blacklist any casino that stops you from being a winning player.
Write about your traveling around the world, weekend trips where you play small and win big, up as you win methods to rape casinos.
Share some experience and knowledge about how to tackle the games you are involved with.
When you reach 100.000 views you can start to get sponsorship and advertising money form different direction, for example, youtube.
Upload live sessions from live casinos and show some ways to tackle the games.

    Good luck

As a professional gambler I pay my taxes, I have retirement savings and I have investments in the stock market, gold, etc..
Like other US citizens I will receive social security as well because since I pay taxes I'm paying into it as well. My retirement looks no different than someone that works a full time job.

Well, Caleb, I don't know how things work in the USA - In Sweden you have a guaranteed pension or a minimum pension of around 700 Euro.
So even if you don't work during your lifetime you have a right to get that minimum pension.

Winning from casino games are been taxed when you receive them and no further tax is needed.
Then there is no way to interact with society if you gamble for a living and pay taxes as you live an independent life on the sideline of the society.

    Cheers

The above action numbers are not from John Patrick . They are from another Author . Just as well balanced across the wheel as JP`s 22 action numbers .

For recreational purposes only . Play at your own risk . ND

Short term play is essential . Observe 20 % win goal and 25 % loss limit . Those calculayions are the key to success.

Was thinking about this and trying to understand what you mean ...

Exploiting these inefficiencies and trying to identify a biased wheel is a monumental task. Firstly you'd have to track 1000's of spins at the same table, and secondly, how do you do that if the casinos move their wheels from one table to another periodically??

Another way of approaching it could be to analyse what happens after dealer changes ... note any numbers which keep repeating after one or 2 dealer changes.

Would be interested in learning how to exploit these inefficiencies.

    Sir Anyone ,

I would like to know what prompted Christian Kaisan to shift to a 9 number scenario . Like number X four , four .

Betting 5 Euro chip on each of the 9 neighbors .

Did he become more conservative ?

Caleb is saying that you should look into physics and advantage play - you can try it out if you have the time spending all days in the casino searching for opportunities. A problem I see with visual ballistics is that you never find wheel where two dominant vertical deflectors hit eight to nine times out of ten. At best you get three vertical deflectors hitting and that narrow down to small edge that not make it worth it using visual ballistics. Other problems arise as well, ball jumps randomly hit over half the wheel and no bias pattern emerge.

I am not a professional like Caleb and would state I am average when it comes to skills.
Have the methods and the material to go full-time Bias & VB but feel is a waste of time to find favorable conditions.
Is much harder with today's wheel than in the past.

I suggest you stay with Sportbetting, Poker and Casino Games.
But nothing wrong with keeping an eye on advantage play and keep updated with the latest.
You could join myrulet forum board.

Now back to what ND wrote about action numbers.
JP has written an excellent way taking advantage out of different staking plans and my favorite is regression up & pull.
But you need to have the skills for getting an ahead flat betting area to achieve success with that kind of staking plan.

This is how it looks like with Brett Mortons 22 number bet.

Mantronix are you from Europe or the United States?

Well, physics can be easy and complicated. For example, there are clever solutions where you can narrow down one spin to belong to a sequence pattern of numbers. So each time this sequence of numbers repeat you get the same ball and rotor speed combination at the same position as the previous spin. Just using eye observation with pen and paper.
The concept narrows down to that the ball will end up in the same area as the previous spin with the same sequence pattern.

This is the assumptions based upon physics with this solution - wheel signature.
Similar spins will create similar results (bias)

You can be measuring the sequence of the number during any time during the spin as long you keep a distance before No More Bets.
You can chart and track a wheel to get several sequence patterns and see or find the NORM or Sweet Spot.
That would be the most common sequence patterns that emerge the most common speeds, that is the sequence patterns you want to play.
You can rape a wheel long term and follow the same wheel around the casino (when they are moved/rotated)
You need to notice and make separate charts for different ball types.

I call this light VB and this method is public in advantage forum in private section.
If you join we can start a discussion on how to find a casino weak spot and explore advantage play using such method.

    Cheers
