Curious as to HOW anybody is making out playing craps with all the restrictions that have been put in place since the inception of the COVID-19 Pandemic !

Seems that having to wear a mask - which restricts your view and the spacing of players at a table - have detrimental effects on the game which we were accustomed to prior to the China incident.

Would like to hear from those that are in the trenches as to how you are faring !

I find playing live craps during the COVID safety guidelines, and the casino’s operation requirements … do have some negatives, although some are minor.

    1. Higher minimum table limit.

    2. Not all table positions open due to the social distancing requirement. (the local area only allows 3 players per side.)

    3. Table or tables crowded. No open positions. (waiting list )

    4. Occasional wet dice due to sanitizing.

    5. Wearing a mask.

The positive side of playing craps at this time is more opportunities to shoot.

When you are used to $5-10 tables that move to $25, the math changes, you must take into account an increase in your session bankroll, buy in.

No you can't, you do not touch the dice and have any influence.

    My Double post.

The physical part of playing LIVE craps has several advantages.

Influence. Good: When shooting you have the dice in your hand and have the ability to influence some of its outcomes Bad: Disruption in the flow of the game… such as late bets and slowing the rhythm.

Table trends. Hot, cold, choppy, or chaotic conditions. Soft, hard, or bouncy table conditions.

Observation. Dice worn or new. Good shooters or slingers. Game close to probability.

Camaraderie. Good or bad energy vibes. Dealers and players in tune with each other or friction.

I believe playing craps provides better value when played LIVE.

I’ve listed some conditions that determine when I am on the Right side or Don’t … within a LIVE game.

Online craps is similar to casino crap machines … linked to mostly strategy.

GOOD Luck …. no matter your preference.
